I had to speak with the guy that sells insurance because my account all messed up and I have two accounts. I sat and waited for him while he was talking about baby formula on the phone with somebody and then when he finally gets to me, he couldn’t figure out anything that the guy at the front counter could see and figured out, but the guy at the front counter can’t help me out. because apparently their systems don’t match. idiotic.

Luis wasted my time, took every bit of info spoke to his co-worker; whom I heard the entire conversation and proceeds to state that it’s not possible to insure. Waste of time because he was too lazy to do what his co-worker recommended.

I have been using Matt Hoyt as my agent and I couldn't be happier. He makes himself available and always calls back when he can't get to the phone. He's been fair and honest with me. He has made my experience very enjoyable. I definitely recommend asking for him if you are looking for a membership or policy from AAA.

This Insurance company tries to get out of paying claims do not go with them. My Client had water damage and they wont pay but they sure did take her payments for years and years. They need to be reported to the INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE for fraud.

I've been going for my insurance and dmv items for 25 years and have had nothing less than great experience's!!! They have many employees that have been there for as long and are wonderful in every sense!! Sorry to see anything less than 5 stars but you just can't please everyone, right!!

I now have gone to this location twice for notary services. They do whatever they can to NOT provide this service. After talking in circles after showing them the document to be notarized, it usually ended with "we don't provide that kind of notary service". The last document was from Paychex, which is a mainstream company that has thousands of the same document notarized. They send explicit instructions on what type of notarization they require. In short, don't go to this AAA for a notary. Walk across the parking lot to UPS and have it done there. Both times, I resorted to that and was in and out in 5 minutes.

DMV Wait time has really improved since we got out of COVID issues with people being out (better than the local DMV) and the Travel Agents are top notch! :)

This office goes above and beyond. Sarah, Robert & their entire staff helped my wife and I with a complicated DMV transfer. We had to come back into the office (to no fault of AAA) a few times to get things straightened out. On the last visit Sarah personally sat us down in her cubicle to finalize things, apologized for the challenges & made sure everything was just right. So grateful to have this office in our backyard. Strong work AAA for hiring good people!

They don't know how to passport photos correctly I'm paying you to get this done at least know how to. Women are unprofessional there as well. Talked over me and not great at listening to what the customer needs.

I recently had a complicated billing situation that involved my bank, my debit card and AAA. I was very fortunate to have Matt Hoyt as the agent assisting me. He went above and beyond to help untangle the situation. He called back as promised and came through with the help I needed.

The DMV has better service. 45 minutes wait times to pay for registration is ridiculous.

This site doesn't appear to have disabled access. Hard to tell though because you cannot call anyone and ask. They never answer the phone and when you call them you get transferred to a central help line. The customer service rep tried to call the office and ask but they didn't answer the phone for them either. Makes me wonder if they are actually in business, although there is no way to tell unless you drive over there.

Went in to pay auto registration, a very simple task . Was told wait would be 30 minutes. Turned out to be an hour. Waiting room was full and they called no one for more than 45 minutes. Must have been out to lunch. Terribly inefficient. Would never get an insurance quote from them if this is their level of service.

Booked a river cruise with them. They have high turnover, poor communication and no follow up. I would not recommend them.
