I want to share my INCREDIBLE experience with Pharmacist Hamida who went above and beyond with helping me with getting replacement autoinjectibles from Amgen in a timely way so that I could stay on schedule for injections. My wife and I have always gotten great service from Pavilions Pharmacy but this one was even better. When I retired recently and we had to switch our drug plan we made sure that Pavilions was in our network. Today’s experience was why we did so, THANKS HAMIDA!

This is my favorite pharmacy. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and never had any problems. The pharmacists and staff are very nice and make it a pleasant experience. Much better than CVS and other pharmacies I've tried in the past.

Worse service ever. They have a drive thru, I went to pick up my husband meds and the window was closed. I decided to go into the store and the pharmacy was open. I asked about the drive thru and they said yes it is open and the guy ran over and opened it! This was at 10:30 am!! Also two separate episodes we got text that the medication is ready, but when we went there they did not have it in stock and said they had to order it!! The tech was rude and was not willing to help us find another pharmacy that carried it. We are switching pharmacies!!

Very rude and condescending staff that loathes helping customers, especially Debbie. Super disorganized operation as well. Go to any other pharmacy instead.

Can I give zero stars?! This place is such a joke. I refuse to use this pharmacy after they gave my Mom so much trouble for years, but figured just once I'd use it out of convenience while I'm sick. The posted and online hours for drive-through state they open at 9, so that's when I showed up so I wouldn't spread germs inside... only to see a sign in the window that drive through opens at 10. So in I go. Only to be shamed and kicked out for coming in sick (masked, distanced and asymptomatic might I add.) Then they lied to me and said the urgent care didn't send over my prescription. After an hour of back and forth on the phone with urgent care (Medhero... the BEST) and the pharmacy, it turns out they just didn't carry the medication that the Dr. prescribed. Instead of admitting their mistake, they just kept up with the lie that they never received the order that was sent 3 times. Acted like they've never even heard of the drug the Dr. was requesting. Mostly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and nasty tone of voice. Unreal that this place is still in business.

The pharmacist hung up on me and is rude abarasive , refused to listen ti ne or help me with my prescription for the 2nd time , i have cancer and am in radiation , he has no human skills and is punishing me for having my view of my prescription needs , hes trying to hurt me , im 74 and in all my years i havent been treated with this much rudeness and disrespect , UNACCEPTABLE! I hear back from you or this goes ti another level , i expect a reaponse , my email and phone are on account at 989 pico san clemente, davud toper

Drive thru is always closed. Have to call the pharmacy to have them pull up the shade for service as the bell is taped as if it’s out of order. Need to get the drive through in order. Such an inconvenience.

I will never again walk into the store after being verbally assaulted by a box lady on August 3 about 10:30 PM this evening after leaving the store I called to speak to a manager name Emma he basically said to me well everything was caught on camera and basically excused and dismissed this woman's behavior oddly upon walking out of the store I noticed that Emma was having a personal conversation with this associate about another person this is the kind of behaviors that are allowed in grocery stores where patrons are assaulted and associate sit there and talk about personal events on company time I will never step foot in the store again ever ever again poor management abusive associates worst location ever eve another person this is the kind of behaviors that are allowed in grocery stores where patrons are assaulted and associate sit there and talk about personal events on company time I will never step foot in the store again ever ever again poor management abusive associates worst location ever EVER shame on you manager Emma and the box cutter who is chomping on her gum verbally assaulting patrons.

My favorite supermarket! Staff always helpful and attentive every time I come in. Feels like home. Love the wine club and 5 dollar Friday sushi deals!

Today we witnessed something very sad. An Elderly female cashier ( I won't name any names, let's just call her Karen.) Was unable to Scan the digital coupon QR code on my phone, she became frustrated with everyone in line & Had a full on mental breakdown. She claimed she was unfamiliar was the Albertsons digital coupon app, doesn't know how it works, and would not accept a phone number either. "No discounts here! " she screamed. A very frustrating experience, because the store is actually very nice & has a great meat department, with amazing deals. The elderly employees, give this store a real black eye. I will never return to this particular Albertsons, for this exact reason. I will happily support the other Albertsons at 804 Ave Pico, as all the employees there are friendly & happy to help. Point is, a handful of rude employees at this location, are sour, love to argue, and refuse to accept any kind of digital coupons, discounts, rewards, or a Phone number. So my family & I will not support this store. I hope you will do the same!
