They do everything they say they’re going to do. They finished our pool ahead of schedule and were pleasant and professional all the way through the process. They even made sure my 2 dogs were pool trained, making sure they’d be safe if they accidentally fell in. I can’t say enough good things about Alderete Pools.

Working with Ray Alderete at Alderete Pools has been a pleasure and fulfilling experience. From inception to completion, Ray and his team have been straightforward and communicative. He arrives before workers most days and provides excellent direction and supervision. I highly recommend Ray to anybody contemplating a full pool and yard project.

Alderete Pools just completed our quite extensive pool and hardscape backyard project. I'm thrilled to say that the project came out even better than our vision anticipated. Ray and his team did quality work which is a big relief for such a big project. There were some unexpected things that came up (outside things) and Ray and his team pivoted seamlessly and came up with solutions for us and got us to the finish line. Each inspection went off without a hitch. I am glad we trusted Ray and his team with this dream project and I would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone.

Toby Alderate goes beyond in customer service. We’ve enjoyed our solar system for nine years. It recently went off line. Toby stopped by and worked over an hour with great success. He was very polite, patient and professional. He went beyond the scope to rectify the WI-FI issues. I would recommend Alderate Solar without hesitation.

I have known the Alderete family since 2015 when i hired them to build my pool. Ray and the whole team were extremely professional and always had my best interest at heart. They were punctual, and followed through with what they said they would do consistenly. I have since hired them to install solar on my house followed recently by a storage battery for power outages. I have 2 girls with special needs and Ray, Toby and Tim have all become people i can trust with their work ethic. I appreciate that everything from price and information was up front and without any hidden prices or fees.
I would recommend them to anyone and hope to work with them again in the future.

I had initially received three estimates from pool and spa companies. When I told the other two companies, I was going with Alderete Pools, both of them stated that Ray Alderete would do a fantastic job. That was certainly unexpected.
As it turns out, Ray was very knowledgeable, completed the job on budget and under schedule. He had command of the entire project and was very accessible. Whenever I had a question or concern, Ray would address the issue with me immediately. I was very happy with the results.
I would highly recommend Alderete Pools in the future.

We had Ray and team put in our pool in 2018 and we’ve been very happy with the results. Ray was always here on time and ready gEverything went according to plan and he gave us a great price point; however, I think the continued service is just as good.
When we put in the pool and decking, we couldn’t afford to do a fire pit. Ray ran the gas line but we had to stop short. A year later, we had another contractor come out and do work to include adding the fire pit. That crew couldn’t figure out how to tap into the gas line so I shot Ran an email and guess what, Ray showed up the next day and showed them how to use it. No charge, no questions asked.
Recently we had some pool tiles pop off due to calcium deposits. Once again, I shot ran an email and his team came out and replaced them. No questions asked, no charge. His technician, Tim is such a great guy and so easy to work with. Thanks Tim! You’re the man!
Overall, I would recommend Alderete pools to anyone. Great service, great pricing and great people.

Ray Alderete surpassed our expectations with the quality of work and his dedication. He built more than just a swimming pool for my home; he built an entire "experience" for us; his ideas and execution are just what we needed. We felt comfortable having his team working in our home daily and he knows how to run a crew because the results were visible daily and the end-result surpassed our expectations.
We received so many compliments about how incredible our backyard looks and his ability to take our job to the finish line in a timely fashion. He helped us find the right contractors for other aspects of our project. He used the limited space we had to create the best possible backyard for our family and friends; everyone was impressed with how much space we had in our backyard and the transformation was spectacular.
In an industry full of contractors who try to get your money for every change within a project's scope, he stands out as honest and a true professional. We interviewed several contractors prior to hiring Ray and he wasn't the cheapest but he stood out because of his reputation. We do know we saved money (and our own health) by hiring his team to do our once-in-a-lifetime swimming pool. Ray was able to be patient and humble enough to answer all of our questions (we are very detailed people). My spouse and I have built our own homes in the past and have plenty of experience with construction crews but working with Ray and his team was an enlightening experience; we actually feel fortunate to have been selected as a client by Ray and his team because this backyard is a work of art. Thank you Ray!

We highly recommend Ray and his team! Everything was completed in the time frame they gave us of 12-14 weeks from start to finish of our pool and landscaping. In addition, there were no extra fees; all went as planned in the contract. Each team hired for each portion of the project kept the project moving forward. Ray worked with us on the details of the design and helped us to achieve the look we wanted. Both he and Tim went the extra mile in working with us- you won’t be disappointed if you hire this company.

Ray and his team were very easy to work with during our project. Very personable and professional from start to finish. The quality and attention to details shows in the final product. Also, I was impressed by how clean they were every day at the end of each day. I would recommend Alderete Pools, as we felt we were in good hands during the whole project.

We recently renovated our backyard space and used Alderete Pools. Ray was fantastic. We received several bids from various contractors for the project—Ray told us upfront that he was not the least expensive but the end result would show his quality work. We selected him because we knew we would enjoy working with him. He’s a great guy; he’s honest and upfront. He told us the cost would be the cost and wouldn’t try to bill us for things later. And he was true to his word. The final cost was just what he said and he completed the project in the timeframe he provided. Our finished result is amazing — we love our new space. Ray built our pool, spa, hardscape and landscape/turf (also added solar panels) and it all looks so beautiful. I highly recommend Ray and his team—they were wonderful to work with.

I am very pleased, Toby Alderete. Toby has a great personality, and he is responsive and on time, full of knowledge, and highly efficient. Of all the contractors I have used during remodeling, Toby is by far the most efficient. He helped me install pool equipment and installed my new Solar panels. His electrician even installed a new sub-panel. Good job. And he always shows up on time.
