“The knowledge, professionalism and customer service at this shop is absolutely stellar!

I contacted this shop and spoke with Murray regarding a small order of custom cut glass for an art project (entire order was under $50), and had explained I would be using it for scanning film negatives. Murray then narrowed down his suggestions based on the type of glass I had asked for, his knowledge of his own stock and how he thought it would interact with my application based on my initial description. We settled on 2 sheets of museum glass and filled out an invoice for pickup, thinking this would be the last of this order.

Later that day, I received a call from Murray suggesting a different product as he had done his own research to ensure I encounter the best results (NOT an upsell, the second product he recommended was actually cheaper than what I had requested the first time around). Upon pickup, I found a note on each piece of glass I had purchased, denoting which side of glass has a coating on it, and which side should be facing the film negatives during scanning. I am absolutely confident that no other shop in the area would put this much time and effort into such a small order, and I commend them, and Murray, for doing so.”
