Took forever to upgrade because the system kept crashing and the first WIFi they tried was not strong enough, they told me to come back before 7:00, and then when I made a special trip to go back at 6:40, doors were locked and the guy said he couldn’t help me, come back tomorrow. The whole staff was leaving at 6:45 and wouldn’t make eye contact with me.

The manager was rude and condescending, and after an hour did nothing to help my 84 year oldMother. Told me to call 611 from their store because she didn’t know what she was doing. Terrible

Sam, Bryan , and David helped us with everything we needed for upgrades, from picking out phone cases, screen protectors, and even saving us as much money as we could, much appreciated help. It was also a time consuming process and they stuck by us.

Today I went to buy a phone. Presented my Canadian drivers license. The customer representative rudely told me they don’t except foreign ids and that “this is the United States of America”. I think management should review the tapes because that interaction was not acceptable. I went to another AT&T store and my id scanned fine and had a great experience. I would avoid this location if staff are unaware of basic information like which ids they can scan, imagine what else they are missing.

Best customer service we have ever had! The AT&T store, located at the Outlet of San Clemente, is our preferred location. All the customer service representatives have always been extremely kind, patient, and helpful over the past few years. They go out of their way to make their customers feel valued and appreciated. They take their time with each of their customers and are genuinely eager to assist every customer. They answered all our questions, helped us find the best plan for our needs, and even recommended the best accessories. It's incredibly refreshing to experience such fantastic customer service at every visit. Kudos to the Management Team for hiring such friendly, knowledgeable, and professional employees! It's an absolute pleasure to do business at this AT&T location. Keep up the great work! Thank you, AT&T! We are forever loyal and happy customers! ?

Zero stars if possible. We swapped old iPhones for new a few years back , but never received the credit for old phone on our bill. Corporate told me I had to deal with the store directly. Despite the fact that I had the physical receipt of the trade in, this store insisted they have no record of getting a phone from us. The manager refused to speak with me after multiple attempts to visit or call.
100% scam.
