Great customer service by store manager and team. We ordered a new phone/line online and then went to the store for pickup and a screen protector + setup. The employees were very helpful and advised us about the accessories promotion, lifetime warranties and they also helped us with all our questions.This store is in an easy accessible location; I was able to get in a (very) quick trip to the grocery in the same plaza while my husband stayed behind just in case for logins/passwords. We were in and out quickly - much more quickly than other cellphone upgrade/replacement experiences.

Roman is always so helpful. Today he fixed a problem I had with a sim card. He was quick and friendly and the service was free! I appreciated his help.

We have picked up two iPhones at this store. Each time we are greeted and helped with superior service. Today Justin was an A+++ amazing technician. He was knowlegable, helpful, smart and kind. He made coming in a pleasure. The other store in town is truly awful, and this is the place to come for AT&T needs. Good store!

I am always worried about going to a phone store, not knowing what the experience will be like or how the salesperson will be. Today our family went in, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Roman, who I believe is the manager, was the one who took care of us. He was thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed interested in helping all of us out. If this guy is not the district manager next, I would be very surprised. What a pleasant experience and I am so thankful for him.

Jared is the best!! I watched him juggle 4 different clients with ease all while helping an employee do tech support from another store on the phone. He is an insane multi talker! The employee on the phone mentioned how Jared has a cult following of clients. I can see why! He is the hardest working and nicest rep I’ve ever worked with. Thanks Jared for getting my family set up with our new phones!
