I highly recommend Rob and his team, they we're fast, effective and had the best rate. Working with a privately owned company is the way to go. If you are looking for a mortgage or loan, do not hesitate use them.

Avid Mortgage Solutions, was a great mortgage company for us. Buying a home can be a very stressful process but with Robert's calm voice to talk us through the process and Vanessa's attention to detail on our paperwork we were able to close two separate loans on time, with ease. We are now in the house of our dreams :)
