There is plenty of parking at the salon. Sweet, professional Vivian did my nails, builder gel fill. She confirmed my shape preference and shaped exactly how I like them. She suggested a flower on each ring finger and I'm so happy with the flower she painted on! 😀
The salon offers very competitive, if not better, prices for their excellent services.

They charge way too much for a subpar service. I feel like the last couple times I decided to come here for a pedicure I am paired with the least talented technician. On top of that, my toenails were cut improperly and I am not suffering through the consequences of that one day later. So all in all, the prices they are charging for the service that your receive is comical! I’m very disappointed.

Customer service at this place can be inconsistent.
On several occasions, I’ve requested a basic service, only to realize later that they had started on a more expensive option without my approval. The first time, I brushed it off as a miscommunication, but after it happened again, it started to feel deliberate. They also frequently add extra charges without explanation. For context, I’m aware they charge for extras like gel removal, cuticle cutting, or calculus removal, so I always ask for the price upfront to avoid surprises. Yet, every time I get to the register, the total is somehow higher than expected. In the moment, it doesn’t seem worth making a fuss over a few extra dollars, but after this happening repeatedly, it’s become frustrating.
I’ve continued going there because it’s conveniently close to where I live, and it’s rarely busy. However, after my most recent visit, I feel really disappointed and feel the need to warn others.

Came in for a gel x removal on 1 hand ($10.00) and they sat me right away. Linda was super gentle and made sure to soak my nails multiple times to make sure it was all off. Will be coming back for the environment and quick process!

I found this place near the San Clemente outlet. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left was amazing. Very attentive, comforting, and relaxing. Very impressive. .

My son bought me a mother's day voucher for 100$ . It was a flimsy bit of paper and he quickly put it in his pocket it was May 11th 2024 at 5.50 I still have the receipt . He went to get the voucher on May 12th to find he had lost it . He went onto best nails and asked if they could issue another card for me but they said NO . Leaving me without a Mother's Day gift and my son apologizing profusely for no gift . I went down today with the receipt a man said come down to sort out . I took receipt he the manager hid in the back like a coward and wouldn't come to face me . The manager a woman now said we can not issue another Cheque as yours may have been used . I said well check and see . She then said she couldn't understand my English accent . If I have the receipt I feel they should compensate me and I have asked and left messages for the manager to call me to rectify . This was horrible customer service I could understand if I didn't have the receipt but I do . I have asked the owner to call me repeatedly to no avail just switched off the phone . Very cowardly . If it was my money I perhaps could let it go but my sons money NO .

Nice staff but their techs do not have knowledge or skill to do nail fills but charge too dollars. Tried 3 times and each time techs are inexperienced.

This was by far the worst manicure I have received in my life. I am not even sure if the young man ( probably a senior in HS) who did this work has a license. All my nails were different sizes, none of the techniques he used were anything I had experienced before . My cuticles were pulled out and now I have painful hang nails coming in. Besides that, the gel didn't even last a week. I will never come back here, especially when it appears the young adults working on the weekends probably don't have a license to preform this work.

Got my nails done again in late January and I'm super excited to get in this morning for a new updated design from my talented nail tech Vivian! She's amazing!! Thank you!! Updating this post to reflect my Jan-Feb nail design(s) and showing how long they last! I've been outta town and today is my first day back for personal maintenance!! So excited!! But look at how long my gel nails last!!!

I had a regular acrylic manicure and will not be returning. Some nails where not fully painted. In others they were not painted enough, where you could see through the polish. And in all nails, you can see strokes and bubbles. Also clean up is not included in the expensive price.

I just moved to San Clemente and figured it was time to try a new place out as a birthday treat. I saw pretty good reviews on this place and decided to go. They weren't super busy when I walked in. The lady at the front was a little rude but I didn't think much of it. I immediately noticed how dirty and the lack of care there was in this salon. I paid extra for a beauty package on my nails- not worth it. It's nothing more than a 2 sec scrub and a poorly done 10 min massage. The nail tech had cut my cuticles a few times on my toes and couldn't get the bleeding to stop. Then when it came down to my acrylic manicure I showed the lady a reference photo and she would have no problem doing it. I was really nice explaining that the shape didn't look correct and she told me that it was. She became very argumentative. I was so uncomfortable and so sad that I was spending so much money on nails that were not what I wanted. I asked the nail tech why she would agree to something if she couldn't do it and she said that it looks good and not to worry? I put 2 stars because they ended up removing my nails and giving me a partial refund. Won't be returning.

I always get Vivian to do my nails! She does such a great job. I spend lots of time trolling the internet for nail ideas, I take the picture of what I want to her and she always delivers something awesome, even if the end result varies sometimes from the original idea, I ALWAYS WALK OUT HAPPY! Thank you ladies!
