Terrible. The lady who worked on my nails cut me multiple times nails uneven and lumpy I was super disappointed and so rough and rude. Don't recommend

Great dip manicure! Spacious and clean shop in a small center with ample parking. I've never had an issue walking in for an appointment. Staff is all very friendly. They always offer me a drink when I sit down. Quiet salon with a great selection of dip colors. You even get a quick hand/arm massage once your nails are done. Prices are on par with other salons in the area. They accept credit cards!

I have been coming to this nail spa for three years and I highly recommend the spa and the services. Spa: is not located in a strip mall but more of a business plaza with ample parking (I only come on the weekend, so I'm not sure of the parking during the week). Cleanliness/Decor - the spa is light and bright and has massage/spa chairs for pedicures and a nice counter top height for other nail services with comfortable and height adjustable chairs. The spa is always very clean. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and they never try to upsell me. I live near John Wayne Airport and choose to drive to this salon for the excellent service and consistency.

I was visiting in the area and needed my old acrylics removed really bad. I found this place on yelp due to the great reviews and I'm so glad I did! I called and made an appointment for the next day and the ladies were just the sweetest. They made great conversation and really made it an enjoyable experience for me. It's unfortunate that I don't live very close but this is definitely where I will stop by when I'm in the area. My nails are definitely Disneyland ready!

Had a simple manicure and pedicure with Kim, and couldn't be happier. She is meticulous at her craft. My nails look beautiful. I am also extremely impressed with Bebe's Nail Spa ambient; very clean, comfortable, and tranquil. I was able to sit in the lounge chair and relaxed while my nails dried. I definitely recommend Bebe Nail Spa's services. Thank you Kim for the beautiful work you did this afternoon.

Best nail spot in the area! I've tried them all. Great, quality service. Kind staff. Clean facility. I have super delicate cuticles and have never been nicked once. The "royal" mani/pedi included 15 min massage (+hot stone), paraffin wax, etc. so worth it! It feels great.

I have only been twice but both times were good experiences. I had an appointment each time and they were ready for me when I walked in. The salon was clean and the staff was super sweet and friendly. They did a good quality job on my mani and pedi. Both times I received a regular mani/pedi (not gel) and chose the package with paraffin wax, exfoliating scrub, 15 minute massage, and hot stone treatment. If you are limited on time you should choose a more basic package or ask for mani and pedi at same time - my 2 hours there was nice and relaxing to me but I don't always have that much time. One of the biggest pros for me is that my regular mani from there, both times, has lasted longer than any others I've ever gotten! The only critiques I could make would be 1)the vibe- it is very light and bright, which is definitely not a negative factor, but sometimes there was no music playing so it was also very, very quiet, which just seemed a little odd, or maybe just different to other places - together those two factors created a lack of ambiance. (This is just a matter of preference, so next time I will take my AirPods in for music.) 2)they seemed a little hurried on my last mani so the nail shaping was a little off but not enough that it was a big deal. I will definitely go back!
