I can’t say enough nice things about Best Nails. I have been getting my nails done by Crystie for years and always love them. She uses TAP, which I highly recommend if you want to have strong natural nails. Sheila, Crystie, and the other employees are all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this salon.

Horrible little place. I came in for a pedi, the lady immediately tried to grab my bag twice. I actually had to pull it out of her hands!
She then gave me a fairly deep nick with the Dremel machine she clearly had no idea how to use to take off the gel polish.
After the nick she caused the sprayed my nails with alcohol. Yeah, it stung.
Ive had extensive back surgeries & cannot move my legs quickly. Grabbing them to put them on the ledge does not help.
Unfortunately I did not notice terrible polish application until today. It’s streaking, uneven, and basically terrible. My 6 year old granddaughter can do a better job.
I then paid for the “service” and the man at the counter followed me out saying my card didn’t go through, this is after I watched it go through. He said he would charge me again and if I saw I was double charged to call him & he would refund me. Really! Was he serious? I got on my banks website & showed him the charge went through.
This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to.

I’ve been going there for years. They are all amazing. I have a slightly handicapped daughter and they are great with her. Our nails, toes are perfect every time.

I’ve been to a handful of different nail salons over the years, but once I found Best Nails, I haven’t gone anywhere else since! I absolutely love it here. I always book with Sandy—she’s amazing. My nails always turn out exactly how I want, and she pays so much attention to detail. I usually get acrylics and a pedicure, and I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. I’m sure everyone here is great, but I always go to Sandy…she’s the best!

Not the best experience. C-. My manicure was rushed and left my nails poorly shaped an will require another manicure to fix them. My pedicure was ok until she chemically burned me with whatever she put on my toes to take off my gel. The remaining experience was just ok. I am surprised at how busy it was considering the standard of care they provide. Won't be back.

Christie and Gigi are the dream team! I love getting my tap gel nails from Christie and pedicures from Gigi. I won’t go anywhere else, they are simply the BEST!!
