“Highly recommend this bicycle shop! Rent electric bikes here every year. Austin, was working this year when we visit. On that day we had an unfortunate situation come up. The grace and manner of which he handled the events that transpired made me even more impressed with the quality of service rendered by this organization. Incredible humans work here! Please support this local business. Oh and the equipment is top of the line and fairly priced. Thank you for always making our trip to San Clemente a memorable one. We will be back!”

“After researching E-bikes for a little over a year and purchasing and returning 5 E-bikes (different brands/models), I was about to give up. But I came across Swell Bikes after I returned my Epic bike (right down the street) and I was blown away. The bike is sturdy, reliable, fast, and just looked great. After speaking to Troy (the owner), I was convinced that this is the bike I've been looking for. I took a week to think it over (scared from past experience) but made the decision to purchase it and I couldn't be happier. My bf and I picked it up and rode from San Clemente to Ladera Ranch which was a long but a great ride. I can't wait to ride it again. Some might describe me as picky but I just know what I want and won't settle till I find it :) Thank you Swell team for providing a great bike, great experience and being so patient with all my questions and my process.”

“I recently purchased a new e bike from them. Richard was very helpful in directing me to the right bike for me. The price for the bike and parts and accessories I have found very competitive with prices I could find online. All things considered 5 stars is fair.”

“The relaxed body model worked great for my wife with short legs. We had a few questions which were promptly answered. The only issue was a damaged rear fender and derailur guard which were replaced for free after only sending some photos.”

“I had a very positive experience at Bike Works.i had a derailleur fail and cause a crack in my gravel bike frame. I don’t live here…kind of travelling through. They did a quick job replacing my derailleur, and walked me through options regarding the crack. All very nice and professional…would definitely recommend!”
