Good experience! The sign does not say Infinity, but they were both happy and knowledgeable to work on our big QX56 / QX80. Fair price and good service. What more can you want? Oh, and convenient location close to the freeway in San Clemente. Will definitly come back for maintenance in the future! :)

I wish I could agree with the other positive reviews. I’ve never left an auto shop so upset. I took a day off work to bring my car in for an oil change and spark plugs and dropped it off first thing in the morning after waiting a week to schedule an appointment. Six hours later he hadn’t started on it. Bob became extremely defensive and rude to me on the phone when I called for an update. He was very different than how he was when I originally scheduled the appointment. Obviously my business is not important to him.

Bob's Auto Repair went above and beyond to fix our car's complicated repair. They were kind, helpful and worked tirelessly to help complete the project. I highly recommend them and have found a honest, reliable and talented auto shop.

I love how honest these guy's are. Dealer told me I needed new breaks. I took my car to Bob's Auto and they told me I had 50% left on all 4 break pads not 0% like the dealer told me. I was about to pay the dealer $1,200 for no reason. An honest mechanic is hard to find and I just found one - Bob's Auto Repair.

I told John at Bob's Auto repair to do everything to my car because I was driving to New York. He could have charged me for so many things. The bill came out to $645.00 and I could not believe it. I was ready to pay a couple thousand as I have not done much to my truck for a long time.

Bob's auto repair saved my car from being a total loss!! My engine was blown and Bob tracked a great engine down for me, replaced it for exactly what he said it would cost despite extra costs he took on in the process. Bob even fixed other little things along the way, like an annoying sound coming from my A/C. Bob, you are the man!!! You are my mechanic from now on, sending all my people to you!! -Bo

I needed to find a mechanic asap and it's always hard to find a honest mechanic but look no further. My car had a couple malfunctions and they squeezed me in to take a look for me and did a diagnostic run and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He was such a nice genuine man who didn't take advantage of the situation and helped me out from the goodness of his heart. Will now always be taking my car back here again!!
