Rob, owner of Bob’s, is the real deal. He chatted it up with my friend that’s been in the wine business his whole life, Rob’s knowledge and dedication to his craft is incredible. He doesn’t just sell wine and spirits, he seeks out and buys direct from wineries and distillers that are creating the best products without adding sugars or mega-purple… don’t know about that, it’s insane, ask Rob, he will let you in on the industries dirty secret. Excellent fine wine store with terrific selection. Robert Clanton is very attentive and knowledgeable. The prices are fair for retail store, and he has the hard-to-find vintages, particularly California. However, I have been seeing more extensive French wines in his inventory, so that brings greater breadth. Store guarantees product quality!

We visited this wine store and was impressed by the young man working behind the counter. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with valuable insights on various aspects of wine, including taste and origin. However, upon visiting another store later, I discovered that I had overpaid by almost $10-$15 for each bottle.

This is without a doubt one of the best liquor stores in SoCal. Incredible selection of beer and wine. Robert and Bane really know their stuff and are incredibly accommodating in finding the perfect libation to suite your needs. I was recommended the Huckleberry pHin by the local brewery Lost Winds. 10/10. Perfectly tart, balanced, and refreshing. Support this local family owned business!

Bob's is a great small business. I can't normally drink mass produced cabs as they give me headaches. He recommended some bottles from smaller producers that don't use additives in their wine making process. Viola, no more headaches. Excellent place to get some great wine recommendations at a reasonable price. Also, give yourself some extra time since you'll end up having a nice chat.

This is the only place that I am going to buy alcohol from from now on. Robbie is such an awesome guy and so knowledgeable! He only stocks high quality wine not necessarily all expensive but you know that you are getting a good wine for what you pay for. Go support this business, 11/10 recommend!

This wine shop was a very nice find. I was randomly checking out the vintage display in the window of this wine shop when a nice man (I think he's the owner?) comes out and invites me in and starts chatting about wine. I don't drink but I did happen to need something to bring to a Christmas party where there were a lot of wine drinkers. So I asked for a bottle of red wine to go with prime rib. I said my price range was about $50 and he personally picked one out for me. On the party day, I opened it and aired it out for several hours like owner told me to do. I prayed that I hadn't messed it up but thankfully I didn't need to worry. The partygoers raved about it and asked where I got it. They said it was better than this wine they had at a friends house that was way more expensive and told me the reasons why. I'm definitely telling people about this place. They had more inexpensive bottles too and a big beer section.

Bring cash if you can to avoid small charge on a credit card fee. Recently I purchased couple wine from the shop and I really enjoyed it. Simply tell them what's kind of wine you like and the price range you want. And BOOM. All you need do is just open the bottle properly and drink responsibly.haha I really appreciate about there knowledge. I will be back for more for myself and also coming up holiday season, it will be amazing experience with them. Thanks again.

Best wine cellar I've been to in ages. Very knowledgeable staff, great selection, and impeccable quality make this a "go to" spot for your special event or gathering. No dinner party will be complete without a selection from Bob's Fine Wine.
