Googled my contact information to harass me at WORK with a refinancing pitch. Utterly unprofessional behavior.

35 year customer and disallowed my claim with a stolen debit card for a couple hundred dollars.I'll be closing the account and moving on.

I've been banking with CB&T for probably 15 years now, Even though there's the normal turnover, as with any bank, the tellers quickly learn my name and make me feel welcome. They will always go the extra mile to look into anything I need or research any questions about my account that come up.
