“One of my favorite places to visit when I go to San Clemente. They have a great selection of gifts, souvenirs and treats/snacks. Definitely recommend everyone to visit this place when they are in town.place is very clean, staff are friendly and professional.”
“Sometimes the workers can be a little off putting. Many times we go in and they are chatting away. There is no greeting- no warm welcoming feeling. A few times I have waited at the register while they finished up their conversation. I don’t ever say anything but it is a let down because the atmosphere can remind me of a Wonka world if the employees were better with customer service. Better training is needed to teach to greet, make small conversation while checking out, or even just acknowledging us at all.We will always go back. The treats are just too good!”
