Super disappointed. Bought an EX1 board online almost 2 weeks ago and it still isn’t here. I reached out and Exile agreed it shouldn’t be taking this long (realistically should take 2-5 business days to get across country). They said there is literally nothing they could do and made absolutely no effort to make it right. Buy a board from a different company!
UPDATE: It's now been over 2 weeks and the board still isn't here. You would think the first thing Exile would do when something like this happens is contact the carrier and see what the issue is but they said to me they were not going to contact them. Laziest, worst customer service i've ever seen. Don't give these guys a penny of your money.

After an initial issue with the first board purchased, the Exile team stepped up to the plate, sent me an upgraded replacement board from their HammerTech line and I have enjoyed the ride.

Exile came through!!! After a significant issue with a new skimboard arose after a single use, the Exile team bent over backwards to make it right. After connecting, they replaced it, without charge, with a better, more durable model they offer. Shipped it out for free. Threw in a couple of accessories as an apology for the experience. Finally, sent me a shipping label to send the damaged board back on their dime. This is what customer service looks like.

I was very excited to come get a board today. I drove over 2hrs total to the store being closed. I'm not someone who leaves bad reviews but this is unexpectable when the website and even door said they would be open. Waste of my time and gas. I really wanted to give them a chance

All the dudes at Exile are super awesome and helped me pick the most righteous custom board in the world! I've seen pros on Exile boards in Cali, Brazil, Cabo AND Portugal (Fink is out of his mind) Anyway.. I love my board and travel bag, thanks guys!!

I've been purchasing boards from exile for 20 years... Guys that work there have always gone above and beyond to be helpful.. I'm shocked they don't have more Google reviews that's why I'm leaving this... If you want a quality skimboard from people that stand by their product with good customer service no need to look any further I'll be calling them tomorrow for a new board
