They allowed a person , not me, to withdraw a $1000 cash advance from my cc. I guess they don't look at ID's very often . I did receive my money back , though . Terrible bank

OMG!! Worst banking experience in my life!!! Waited an hour to open a CD. While waiting, the bank closed and we were told we would need to come back another day. That is just plain ridiculous!!What makes it worse is THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T HELP US AND TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY!!!!!THERE WERE ABOUT 10 EMPLOYEES AND ONLY ONE ANOTHER CLIENT IN THE BANK. THE MANAGER HAD THE MOST ARROGANT ATTITUDE, SHE SAW THE THREE OF US SITTING IN THE BANK WAITING THAT LONG AND DIDN'T GIVE A *!X#!

The walk up ATMs rarely work, this has been an ongoing issue for a while. They only have 1. They also have a drive up one but only offers $20 bills.

I came here the other day, and being from Alaska I was frightened and confused by all the homeless, and their defecate. Fortunately a nice young man named Eric helped me into the building, holding my hand along the way so. I could open a savings account for my grandson. You see we don't have a problem with the homeless in Alaska, where I'm from you see, because we give everyone a PFD each year, plus they freeze.Did I mention I'm from Alaska.

Two tellers and only one open three other workers in the bank and no one can help with the deposit. Come on Chase, catch up!

Absolutely the worst worst customer service from all 4 of their indifferent and rude employees. And…. You cannot reach any manager by local phone number. The El Camino Real location has homeless and migrant ? workers on the sidewalk and parking lot. I asked the indifferent clueless employee what happened to the security person they use to have patrolling the outside and being present At the door and ATM. She didn’t know nor did 2 other employees and they wouldn’t ask the manager on duty. I am going to be switching to Wells Fargo. Shame on Chase for such a poor representation and very apparent indifference to customers. They should just close

Miserable and lazy workers look miserable and depressed maybe it’s time for a career change . Don’t know how they do customer service when that’s where they are lacking. Wonder who hires these people. It’s a total joke this location makes chase look bad ngl. I’ve been to many chase and have been a 20year customer here but this place makes me puke.

Good luck trying to reach someone at the branch by phone......but you will hear repeatedly ".......we appreciate your business and value the opportunity to serve you." Well, after 30 minutes of waiting to be served because I'm so valued, I gave up.

Terrible customer service embarrassed to have stayed as a business customer with chase for so long. Harvey Waters is a lazy employee who makes the bank look bad. Changing banks over his lack of customer service

We walked in the Ave Pico location with 11 minutes until closing to apply for a card and was told by an employee that the only person who was able to assist us was busy with another customer and we’d have to come back tomorrow, kind of rude I know. So basically they closed at 4:49 in my book because they weren’t able to help us. I’m sorry but when I worked at a bank, if a customer walked in before closing we stayed until that last person was helped. I understand that they were closing in 11 minutes, however we work jobs as well and made it as soon as we could before closing time. We should have had plenty of time to apply for a card and the employee telling me that there was only one person that could assist with that was a little ridiculous.
