Long wait, only one teller

Had a check I wrote stolen from my mailbox. The thief scrubbed the check and wrote it out to themselves and made it for a hefty amount. We reported the issue to chase. They told us it would be a 30 day investigation and then after the 30 days our money would be put back into our account. Well, they did put the money back but two days later then dinged our account for a return check. For over a week now we have been going into chase, calling them and every time they say the same answer, give us two to five days. It's been a week now! Save your peace of mind and bank at another financial institution who actually give a little more than a rats ass about your money!

Very conveniently located and accessible. There are two drive-through ATMs as well as one mounted outside on the building for a walk up. Staff was very friendly courteous and helpful. No one else in the bank at the time so no lines on a Saturday morning.

The tellers here are both afraid to think and unable to execute more than simple transactions. Recommend using ANY other location or bank for that matter.

We walked in the Ave Pico location with 11 minutes until closing to apply for a card and was told by an employee that the only person who was able to assist us was busy with another customer and we’d have to come back tomorrow, kind of rude I know. So basically they closed at 4:49 in my book because they weren’t able to help us. I’m sorry but when I worked at a bank, if a customer walked in before closing we stayed until that last person was helped. I understand that they were closing in 11 minutes, however we work jobs as well and made it as soon as we could before closing time. We should have had plenty of time to apply for a card and the employee telling me that there was only one person that could assist with that was a little ridiculous

BEST CHASE BRANCH EVER! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This branch is the reason I am a Chase Bank customer with all personal and business accounts. I do not understand why others post such negative comments. I have visited this branch at least 50 times, since the opening, and have always been completely satisfied by the time I leave. A special thanks to Stacie, Lacey, Cheryl and Michelle! Great customer service!!!

Nobody is focused here. Seems like they just want to be seen as a smiley branch and not a helpful one. There was only 1 teller working. The line was long and it seems like the employees (personal bankers or whatever they are) sitting behind their cubicles should be able to print temporary checks after helping someone order checks for their account, but they send them to the teller to wait 15 minutes in line. If you don't have a customer waiting to open an account - accommodate the ones in line. Get the job done without sending people back and forth! I was there to make two transactions. After my first transaction I asked if I was able to do the second one - she said yes and since I needed to collect some information- I got out of line (to accommodate other people behind me as I filled out my slips) I got back in line and waited only to have the teller say I wasn't able to do that transaction! Do your job!! PAY ATTENTION TO QUESTIONS WHEN ASKED. DON'T WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME.

Never in my life have I ever seen bank services fall to such lows as when I went into this bank to deposit a number of bills. I'm a waiter so I have to deposit a substantial amount of tip money which consists of well over 100 bills at a time. The teller if you can call her that, I just refer to her as an oxygen thief in the building, refused to take my bills and deposit them easily and conveniently. Instead she forced me to make three separate deposits in their stupid machine which probably took 3 to 4 times longer than if she just would've gotten off of her lazy #%! and deposited them herself. She kept having me recount the bills for her to facilitate the deposit. Maybe it's just me but isn't this her job working at a bank?! All the other chase banks I go to do not seem to have a problem with this. I guess with banks it's just never enough money so they continue to fire bank tellers and try to make everything automated thus taking what could be a pleasant experience and turning it into a nightmare. I guess now I have to make 3 to 4 deposits at a time instead of just one the way it used to be. Shame on Chase Bank for firing all their good tellers and trying to automate everything

Everyone at this branch is fantastic, from the manager to the tellers, they know not only my name but the names of my kids and greet us with friendliness and enthusiasm. Even when one of my kids wanted to deposit a pocketful of coins they happily took and counted them, deposited into his account, and complimented him on his desire to save his money. Highly recommend.

The location is beautiful 5 stars The atmosphere is 5 stars The security is bullet proof/high tech 5 stars The customer service is courteous 5 stars The feeling of trust 2-3 stars. I felt invaded/profiled! I've been to many Chase banks all around and this is the first of its kind to profile my account to make sure they do their "due diligence" for account security, which is great! Though I felt like I was being profiled as a bank robber or cash grower?! LOL!!!!!! Which it's beyond me how someone can think that of ME!? I mean maybe I should take that as a compliment? Wow. It toooook forever for a withdrawal. I should've used the ATM which was 5 steps behind me!? In all I felt soooo uneasy at this bank waiting for my hard earned money to be given to me. They made me feel uncomfortable. I don't recommend going inside this bank if you're making large withdrawals.
