The employees (José and an extremely unpleasant old lady) are extremely poorly attentive, first of all they inform us that the toilets are reserved for customers, so we buy something, then they close the toilets claiming that they are cleaning, then we want to return what we bought, they tell us that we have to wait 5 minutes because they have to checkout to tell us after 5 minutes that we cannot return the goods and to come the next day to see the manager. We felt despised, to be avoided at all costs.

To bad I can’t give zero stars I CAN’t believe how many BAD reviews there’s about this RUDE LADY IN THE FRONT WATCHING VIDEOS AND ACTING AS IF RANDOM PEOPLE WERE WALKING AROUND AS IT WAS HER HOUSE AND STILL WORKING HERE WOW like what that’s crazy I would want a JOB THAT PUTS UP WITH MY UNPROFESSIONALISM AND STILL GET PAID I added pictures as well .. BAD PLACE TO STOP BY IF ON A ROAD TRIP DONT PUMP GAS HERE OR EVEN GO INSIDE NO ONE IS WELCOME BUT IT SAYS OTHERWISE !!!!

Rude attendant nobody in store and wouldn't let us use restroom. Reason why we gas with chevron is for its great lit clean stores plus restrooms...not this chevron

Chevron corp stops all lottery sales at 8pm at nearly all their California locations,including this one!The 8pm-8am calottery ticket sales policies were withdrawn over 30 years ago!Beware!

I ask the cashier if I could use the restroom and she said no that she just finished cleaning them. Which I understand. So I told her I could wait 10 minutes and use it after and annoying she said no. I told her I was going pump gas, and I’m going to LA. She still said no. She was rude and has no compassion.

clean, open all night, and they let their paying customers use the restroom- we filled our tank here bc of this! to top all that off, they employee was very nice! thank you!

My black friend & I stopped in to get gas around 230a this morning (3/5/23) after being delivered gas by AAA bc we ran out of gas. I asked to use the bathroom to which the latina lady on duty told me they were not opened because they needed to be cleaned. There were TWO gender neutral bathrooms! As i got back to my friend's car, I see that the lady allowed a latimo male to use the bathroom. She didn't clean it between when I asked & when the guy went....I feel this lady was being racist bc my friend was black despite him purchasing gas for his BMW SUV!

Advertised open until 10:00 PM, as we roll in at 9:45 they turn off the lights, and tell us they are closed, can't stay after 10:00.

Lady at the front was super rude about giving me the code for the bathroom, saying I needed to buy something before giving me the code after I spent 90$ in gas. Literally had to pull my credit card app to get pee.
