Holly Breen is amazing. She understands State Farm and customer needs and puts them together. She's great on follow-up and offers helpful advise and suggestions. We have all of our insurance needs managed by her.

Ernesto Garcia was fantastic in guiding me through a really difficult time where my car was involved in a hit-and-run right in front of my home. From beginning to end, he provided insight and valuable support to see that I was taken care of. We have all our insurance needs through Chris Dolkas' office and Ernesto. I wouldn't have known what to do without his help. I highly recommend Ernesto for all your insurance needs!!!

Chris Dolkas State Farm insurance company agents are awesome they will work with you to make sure things are taken care of I had an auto accident and they followed up all the way through to making sure that the insurance company got everything they needed to make an assessment and proper determination of of my case they've always been there both for a home and auto insurance and in fact the rates are better than others as well Amber was the head person who helped me from the office but they were all unbelievable I highly recommend getting them for car and home insurance

We have been with Chris Dolkas State Farm Insurance for 25 years and have had tremendous service from all of the staff during that entire period. We decided to relocate and their professionalism continued in assisting us through the process of finding a new agent and helping coordinate the transfer of all our policies. I can't speak highly enough of their great team.

I can't say enough about how great the people at this office are! I've been a satisfied customer for many years and they've always gone above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Most recently "Amber" helped me get my auto claim resolved that was being held up due to technical issues at the repair shop. Without her I don't know what I would have done! I'm just so thankful that Amber was willing to get involved and was kind enough to keep me updated throughout the process.

I have been with Chris Dolkas-State Farm over 25 yrs. Carol helped in getting our home insured when no other insurance company would- I was in a “High risk” area.I continue to receive personalized assistance from not only Gracia, but Amber and Ernesto as well. They each have guided me through my search on policy purchases and have helped me understand my coverage options. Gracia took on the daunting task of dealing with FEMA on our recent home purchase. Amber in guiding me through policy purchase options as I added a minor, and Ernesto with Protection under a Policy Umbrella.The great customer service does not stop there, at one point or another each one has been there holding my hand when I have needed to file a claim.They have all simplified and provided clear information to help me make confident decisions. Great experience working with this State Farm office in San Clemente. Needed to switch out home owners insurance and was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Ernesto.
