The new owner, Jason, provides the best customer service. He and his staff are friendly, efficient, and charge reasonable fees. To get a document notarized only costs $15. I had 3 documents notarized and LiveScan fingerprints taken in 30 minutes! That’s record time. I will be a customer for life.

They double the rates and it takes longer to get there! Do not go here when you can mail at UPS or USPS right around the corner for half.

don't go here if you need to FedEx some thing and you don't have your label printed.. I didn't have my label printed and they charged me a 1.50 to use the printer but then they told me there's a $5 minimum, so basically to print a shipping label at this shipping store it will cost you five bucks or more. so I bought seven dollars worth of stuff just so I can print the darn shipping label to get my package sent that was supposed to be sent for free because I already had the FedEx label. A lot of other places when you use one of the services, they offer will print the label for you. Straight robbers .

@Fatima G, as a person of two colors, I guarantee that the owner "old lady" (not old, and by the way, in awesome shape! ), is not a racist! The fact that you would post such a thing is absolutely vile!! Nothing could be further from the truth! Racist...think mirror!!

Older lady simply refused to help us, I though she was discriminating since were not white but reading other reviews it seems she's just miserable.

The best mail place ever! Very friendly people, reasonably priced shipping, and a nice and efficient system for printing labels, storing addresses, etc, to make it super fast and easy. Best of all, they are extremely reliable and you can count on your item being shipped lightning fast and arriving safely and quickly. I love and trust this place so much that I drive from San Juan Capistrano to come here instead of go some place closer.

I've been going here for sometime now and I have always had nothing but a great experience using Costal Postal. They always help me pick the right packaging and have always been very cordial. Hands down best mailing service establishment I've been to in a long time.
