I have been a customer for CVS at 602 N. El Camino Real, San Clemente, Ca. since this location opened, years ago. The Pharmacy/Store had been an excellent store for years. It has, sadly, become a poor managed and poorly stocked store. The Pharmacy portion is understaffed.

This is a rad CVS and the man who is working tonight is superb! He should win employee of the day for wearing a mask and bring so helpful and cheerful! Huge clean store and this guy was vacuuming! What a great CVS experience it was!!

I would leave no stars if I could. Had a horrible experience watching the manager degrade this poor girl in front of all the patrons. Had to go through self checkout just to avoid interaction with that horrible person. Will not be returning. This reputable of a establishment needs a better leader.

Outstanding customer service! Had a terrible experience at another pharmacy in San Juan (CVS in Target) these women were SO KIND, HELPFUL, & PROMPT. I truly dread getting my prescriptions every month...It's a whole reminder of the trauma of why I have to take them, so trouble at the pharmacy is truly the worst thing.. after a nightmare of an experience this month - my refills were transferred here and I'll never go anywhere else.Thank you ladies so much.

Just horrible. Go to another location. Staff is miserable and rude. Trust all the reviews, management has no idea what customer service is or they'd be teaching it to their staff.

Let me start by saying I had to get this item for work. So I go to pick up a prescription and it takes them 45 mins to fill it and then give it to me. All in the mean time while I'm waiting it was extremely disappointing to over hear an employee say to another customer and I quote her "I don't give a shit they can wait for all I care." That's awesome to know. Won't be coming back considering a pharmacy you're supposed to trust and care for your home health has employees like this who work there. She's the fat white woman who wears glasses. So if you go you know who that is considering it's a very diverse department.

Pharmacy Dept: the two ladies /pharmacist deserve a 5 stars rating (believe Jenny & Sheila). The 4 associates working at this department, a zero star. While waiting 35 minutes for a pickup that was confirmed by a text, all four ladies provided minimal service and only concentrated in socializing, joking and having personal chats. Ironically, one of their name tags identified her as "a member of management team"!

This CVS is terrible unfortunately. I live right down the street, we've tried everything to motivate CVS headquarters to make some improvements. I'll admit there's been some tiny improvements but this is aterribly managed store. It's dirty, the parking lot is disgusting with people living in it overnight, there is constantly garbage everywhere and the landscaping is not kept up. This is just the outside. They finally changed the disgusting dirty carpet just a couple of weeks ago with guess what new carpet. I dont know any other retail store that still uses carpet. Lol. I just want them to be a good neighbor, show a little pride. Right Aid is across the street in a bit of a worse area and the place is spotless and well run.

I entered a CVS in San Clemente paused scanning the store, looking for the photo department.I saw an agent stocking the shelf and walked up to her and asked where was the photo department as I was needing a passport photo. She said, "just get in line at the register and they will help you.I took my place in line behind 2 other customers. When I got up to the register I said I need to have a passport photo taken. The cashier said to me to have a seat on a stool. I looked around and saw a stool section to the right of the registers. I sat on a stool waiting for the cashier to assist me. At that time there was one person in line and the cashier checked him out.I thought great she'll be right over to assist me. No, three more customers got in line and she continued to check all three of them out. Then another customer came and she checked her out.Without saying a word during this time she then came over to the stool where I was sitting and said, "stand in front of the white screen." Now turn around and face me." You're to close, back up, she said." Then she snapped two photos and processed my order. The photo light flicked and I saw my order was ready to process. Instead of continuing with my order she stepped back to the register and checked out other customers.She returned and picked up my order, cropped it, and said come to the register. I proceeded to the register to pay for my order and I had to wait in line as she took other customers even though I was there before any of them. I had to get to the end of the line and wait again!!!!!!!!!I finally paid for my photo and she screamed out at me as I was leaving the store in a very extremely sarcastically voice then chuckling, "Have a great day." Not once did she say sorry for having to wait while I checked out all the other customers. Not once did she say sorry for the inconvenience. I'm 68 years old. It wouldn't matter if I was 10 years old or 98 years old. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by someone who is supposed to be representing CVS. Extremely rude. Disrespectful. I don't know if I will ever shop at this CVS ever again. There is no excuse for such behavior. Many stores are understaffed, workers overextended. NONE OF THEM ARE RUDE! I have never experienced such disrespect as a customer. I would like to leave NO STARS!!!! I did not respond or voice my dissatisfaction to the cashier because I was so taken back and dumbfounded by the total experience!

CVS is just OK.Parking challenging at times. It was a nightmare to get vaccinated there.Normally staff is pleasant especially at front cash register; in pharmacy it ismore hit or miss.Often they are out of stuff i need likeJ&J dental floss or Selsun Blue shampoo or sponge makeup swabs. But Candy selection excellent and nuts are good too.

Drive through for the pharmacy is an absolute joke. Baffled why they can't get their act together. There seems to be a complete lack of pride in what they're doing. Maybe short staffed? As the Mgr of the store at what point do you take these reviews to heart and do something about it?

This place is terrible. They screw up everything. I stood in line behind about 5 people twice in the past two days. There was a problem with every single customer. Ridiculous. When I dropped off the prescription, they told me it would take 30 minutes. I come back the next day and it's not ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes after my 20 minute wait in line.
