Mediocre service from incompetent, uncaring staff. The male staff person acted clueless and deaf, he brought in the female staff. She did order wrong, had me overpay for incorrect order, acted blameless, dismissed my request to do order accurately and tokd me to come back another day if I want more units of my prescription. My time is valuable and my health is in jeopardy when prescription orders aren't properly executed, so forget it: I'll never return to this CVS in the San Clemente Target.store!

This is the worst pharmacy. Do not use them. They are rude, short, and very unhelpful. They ran my insurance wrong, we’re going to charge me $1000 for my prescription and then didn’t help me from there. Also none of the prescriptions are ever done on time. It takes DAYS sometimes. Do not use.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Vickie was so, so rude. Do not be in customer service if you cannot deliver service without being rude.

I made a reservation for a COVID and flu shot to be given at 4:15 on September 27th. At 2:53 pm I received a text on how to check in. I followed the instructions when I entered the store and was told they had run out of COVID shots yesterday! I asked when they would be back in stock and was told they didn't know. I then went on the CVS site to reschedule at a different pharmacy and this store was again offered for a shot on Friday, the day after tomorrow! I'm not sure about this store or the system that schedules shots when they don't have the vaccine.

The staff at this CVS aren't really the warmest I have met, but I'm not there to add to my Christmas card list. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable. Also, they seem to work hard on getting you in and out of there without mistakes. I only wish it was a drive-thru.

What a great experience. The pharmacy staff that I talked with were knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and good humored (and this isn't the first time). I would absolutely recommend making this your standard pharmacy when your Doctor's office asks the question "where do you want your prescription to go?"

The CVS on Avenida Hermosa in San Clemente, CA is extremely poorly operated. Every. single. time. we get rx's there, we are told they don't have them. We just went there the other day to get an rx that was called into the wrong CVS to see if they could transfer it to this store and were told there was no record of it anywhere. My husband didn't show them the text on his phone as evidence. It goes on and on, literally.You would think that if your customers keep telling you they have rxs to retrieve and you keep telling them you don't have them, that there is a disconnect somewhere and it can't always be the customer or the prescriber's faults.It's difficult to be civil to the people who work at this location because it's such a joke. No one does anything about it.Going to get my stuff at Ralph's now. It can't be worse than CVS.

I already said how I was next in line and appreciated that an associate acknowledged me and said I’ll be right with you. There is nothing worse than waiting and wondering if someone knows I’m there.

I'm giving 5 stars because I have received kind, professional and honest customer service each visit. This pharmacy is overworked and understaffed like pretty much every pharmacy now a days. In spite of that they have gone above and beyond to help however they can.

The pharmacists and staff here are nothing short of rude and unhelpful to the fullest extent. They will talk to you like you are stupid, hassle you over insurance information although literally nothing has changed in years of picking up the SAME prescription with the SAME insurance. I would rather lose an arm than try to communicate with the staff here. They are absolutely AWFUL. Shame on you. As "professionals", you should seek education on communication standards and skills. I am thoroughly unimpressed and disappointed in everyone I've been forced to deal with. Switching pharmacies, I suggest avoiding picking up any prescriptions from this location.

Only went here for flu shots but they got rid of the $5 gift card this year so no longer worth it here. Albertsons gives a 10% off up to $200 which is a decent deal I'd rather get
