Great store, they have an excellent selection of clothes, books, etc. Music is top notch. Only thing is they are always playing the same songs over and over on repeat every time I come in. Please consider adding current songs/mix it up a bit.

This place was a lot of fun to browse through and an excellent source of unique, inexpensive, small gifts suitable for stockings and mailing out of state. Honestly, there was so much non-clothing product I wouldn’t have labeled it a clothing store. It’s more interesting, with novel items that will be appreciated by those that already have everything. The staff were cheerful, helpful and kept their humor amidst the holiday rush. I will definitely be back!

I came on December 14, 24 approx 11am.
Cute clothes, reasonably priced BUT absolutely zero customer service, no greeting, no one asked if we needed help, no one said, hi.
I walked out of the store after 5 minutes and they don't care or even noticed.
This is all common sense customer service.This is exactly why people shop online and stores are closing.

This shot is one of the reasons why we always stop in at the outlet mall. My wife loves the attire and styles they carry, constantly always changing, she loves her blue jeans selection.

Found a couple of outfits online for a certain price. Went into the San Clemente store to buy them and they would not honor the price. There was nothing stating these were "online prices" only. They were the same thing. Bought them anyway. They don't fit. I live in Orange and was told by the San Clemente store I can return them at the Brea Mall store. They rudely told me they cannot. I'm now out this money because I refuse to ever step foot in one of these stores again after the way I was treated at both stores. So hurt and disappointed.

Horrible return policy. Just because you don't stock it or have it in your store is not a reason to not let customers return an item. Wanted just a credit not even a refund. Money would have stayed in the store. Poor customer service.

Unfortunately, this business has NO REFUND policy. Store credit only. The problem is that it is a secret until you try to return something. I returned a dress for my wife today which was purchased 10 days ago. I requested a refund to our credit card. The sales person (Manager) said sorry but only store credits. I checked with my wife who was adamant that she was told there would be a refund if returned within 30 days. The Manager basically called my wife a lier and made no effort at understanding saying that she should have known the policy since it's on the receipt (???). I asked why the policy wasn't posted clearly at the register. Her response was that she should know it. This Manager needs to go and so does the store if they can't even be up front with the customers. Anybody want a store credit? We've got one.

Best customer service and sales people around! Every time I go into the shop I am properly greeted and cared for. The ladies have always been great to me and I am so pleased with the service every time I go here! I also love their products and clothing and always find something great!!

Shopped at this store the first time. Ladies helping with the items were very nice and helpful but the cashier was very rude. There were some customers and an employee not wearing masks and bad mouthing the mask wearers. We brought this up to the cashier’s attention stating that the manager should reinforce the rules that still exist for indoors/stores. She started huffing and puffing. Did not acknowledge us or said anything at all in response. As physicians who have seen ignorance causing many lives of patients due to COVID, I refuse to accept that behavior. If you started having more freedom in your lives, it is because of people who followed and still following the rules and science creating the vaccine. She should have prevented this review by just acknowledging like any civil person does.

Customer service is just awful since LeeAnn left!! The new store manager, Laurie just treated my husband terribly. She is very unprofessional and has zero people skills. My family and I have been clients for years... since the Mission Viejo store, and have spent thousand of dollars in the SC Outlet store since they opened their doors. Kelly, please do something about this person!! I'm sure your mom is very disappointed in the poor Yelp reviews, even though the boutique and the clothing are cute. She never managed the MV store this way. We will not be back! Sadly, you have just lost six members of my family that were loyal shoppers.

First off I want to say I love Daisy shoppe stores with the exception of this one. I entered this store without even one employee saying hello to me. I proceeded to start shopping until I realized an employee was following me around the store staring right at me for a good 2min. I looked at her with a smile and said hello to her that's when she finally said a short "hi". I started laughing because I felt she was targeting me because I was the only Hispanic woman in the store. This is so disappointing. I paid and left before they accused me of doing anything.

Was just here a few nights ago customer service was awful didn't get greeted no one offered to help and the store wasn't busy at all also wasn't told about the return policy which is terrible during COVID everything is final sale.
