Bad customer service. The only worker in there was so rude and condescending.

tried to exchange an item (not return) with receipt, but they explicitly stated that the tags had to remain on the clothing. To be very honest, that return policy didn't seem to match the quality of the eddie bauer brand (even for an outlet store, as columbia always lets me exchange for a different size, which, again, was an exchange and not a return).

This store is located in an outlet south of Urban in southern California. With a seasonal selection and the contents changing every time you visit, you'll be sure to find the product you like. It's my favorite.

We bought from eddy Bauer but it was a different type - instead of saying, not our store - not our problem, the manager worked out how to do the return for another store - going above and beyond. Thank you kelese
