It took me years to find a good nail tech/salon where I lived in Canada. Upon moving to California, I had to start searching and I feel like I hit the goldmine of salons at Final Touch. I do have my favorites but honestly every member of the staff I’ve had services with has been perfect. I always hesitate when my favorite isn’t in but have never felt disappointed one bit. I usually do mani and pedis and at least 6 different staff have worked with me and all been exceptional. Worth taking the time to do a review. I have the best connection with Jackie for my hands and Nikki for my feet (she gives the best massages). They’re all so good I feel bad singling anyone out!
Do NOT hesitate to book it’s anyone at this salon. :)

I walked in and they were able to get me in for an amazing pedi with the massage on my legs and feet that was so nice. And I got my nail done and she did the chrome look I wanted. Thank you! I was so happy and they are such lovely people.

So my friend brought me has gone here a few times now we made an appointment and the day before and we get there they sat my friend down first and then myself
they start working on my fill (she was getting a full set) so nobody ever ended up working on her ? she just sat there the entire time I kept asking why no one had started.on her? it wasn't that busy and we had an appointment? so I didn't understand what the problem was ? we literally left with my friend not even getting her nails done no one said anything I want to apologized at all they just let her walk out the door? And she brought me as a guest
Needless to say terrible customer service here??

I absolutely love this place. Not only is it affordable but they do a great job on yOuR nails and toes. I have Anthony do my nails and he is GOOD! I have been there 3 times and walk out satisfied. Literally greatest place ever!!! Gave me the most beautiful nails I’ve ever gotten! Definitely recommend going here. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! A+++

Horrible dip experience. She slathered on the dip all over my nails and then tried to clean them up. Ended up going to someone else 2 days later for a redo. I was just in town for a day.

I have gone here for many years. Anthony is the only one that knows what he is doing. I went without an appointment and asked for a pedicure. A woman on the phone motioned for me to sit down. The water was too hot and almost overflowed. While still on the phone, I pointed out that I had a lot of pain on my toe, caused by my previous visit. That is a completely different review. I asked her to please be careful. It was tender and extremely uncomfortable. I was hopeful as I had been coming here for years. She was short, rude, and uncaring. I pointed again to my toe that was in pain. She rolled her eyes, said something that I did not understand and started to take off my nail polish. She asked if I wanted my nails shorter and I said yes but reminded her of the pain I was in. She continued to talk on the phone and pushed down so hard on my toe with clippers that she cut my toe and caused it to bleed. My toe hurt so bad before I went in, which is why I mentioned it to her twice, and as she continued to push, I started to cry. I asked her to stop, while she was still talking on her phone, and told her that I was going to cancel my pedicure. I asked for a towel to dry my feet off so I could put my shoes on and leave. She walked away, no towel, and started talking very loudly in Vietnamese...I'm not sure why was said. I put on my shoes, with wet feet, and walked out the door in tears, embarrassed, humiliated, and in so much pain. Anthony came after me and tried to make up for the pain I was in. He convinced me To come Back, which I did, and finished my pedicure. Four days later, I cannot put on shoes, I can't put my foot under a blanket and it continues to bleed. They requested full price, which I paid, because I am stupid but did call them that evening after they were closed and asked for a phone call back as well as a refund, even a partial one . Nothing. I cannot wear shoes, I cannot sleep, and I am fearful that my toe is infected. I have waited three days to write this yelp review. It is affecting my livelihood and quality of life. Avoid this place. It has gone down hill.

First time getting dip nails with tips and they came out great. Anna was the one who worked on my nails and she was gentle and overall great. I love the end result and will definitely come back.

This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to! I've been cut multiple times here, screamed at by one of the "ladies", left with laughable nails countless times. No one takes their time, everyone rushes. They are rude and don't even know how to shape nails. The only reason I kept going back was the manger Casey, she is wonderful. It is so unfortunate that everyone els working there is so rude and acts like they could care less about being there or doing nails. Please save yourself the time and the money and go up the street to bellagio nails and spa, where they actually give a dam about doing a good job and treat you like a human!
