I was in the market for a Raptor and found these guys on google. From start to finish Joe Molina took care of everything for me. He was thorough, helpful, very personable, available whenever I had questions and wasn’t pushy like most car salesmen. I was choosing between 3 trucks/dealerships and can honestly say Joe was the reason I went with these guys. Hugo also drove down to SD for me to test drive the truck and was helpful throughout this process. Thank you guys.

I’ve been bringing my Audi here for the last few years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is fantastic — always friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They take the time to explain what’s going on, never try to upsell unnecessary work, and genuinely care about doing things right. Before choosing them, I did a lot of research on local auto shops, and I’m so glad I found this one. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality workmanship with such great customer service. I highly recommend them — 10/10 service every single time!

Franks is the best around. I used to take my Toyota 4Runner to Toyota for every service, but I soon realized they kept trying to overcharge me for things I did not need. When I go to Franks, I know they are only going to recommend things my car actually needs and at a fair price!

I just got the car back and really haven’t gone anywhere so hard to say if the mysterious issue is totally resolved but…
Just moved here and our 2013 meticulously maintained Panamera was exhibiting bizarre electrical behavior. Alarm going on and off. Dashboard going haywire. Called them on Monday morning and was able to come straight in. By the afternoon had analyzed and recommended new battery (it’s about 6 years old) because analysis revealed low voltage issues and they said that the weird stuff is commonly attributable to low voltage. At the same time recommended a few scheduled maintenance issues based on carfax maintenance history. Agreed to take care of those few things as well. Had car back Tiedsy afternoon at 5.
Dealer would’ve taken me 3 weeks to get in and they’d have kept the car a week and charged me triple.
Frank’s was great. Super friendly and shuttled me home and picked me up to retrieve the car too. Very happy to bar found these guys on yelp and they had nothing but great reviews. I believe that lived up to the reviews.

Since moving to the area in 2020, Frank's has been taking care of all of our service needs for our Audi and Mercedes.
Quick, fully transparent and very trustworthy. I never have to second guess or question anything they recommend. And the prices are very fair.
Franks has this customer for life.

I just had a complete service at Franks on my 2018 Mercedes AMG SLC 43. They have serviced this car previously and the results are always excellent. Their service is detailed, done on time, fairly priced Etc. and they are extremely friendly and provide excessive information. The car is like new, and I consider the service it gets at Franks as one of the key reasons. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Everyone on the team at Frank’s Foreign Car is awesome and super helpful! From Hector at the front desk getting my paperwork sorted to Hugo diligently inspecting and working on my car to Joe making sure nothing falls through the cracks, these guys are all at the top of their game!
I drive a Japanese imported diesel van and when other garages refused to even let me bring it in, the team at Frank’s always found a way to work on it, whether it was a routine oil change or putting together a new starter after oil leakage. They were also frank in their advice regarding both repairs and potential new purchases. The best garage I’ve worked with in my 10 years driving Japanese cars - and that’s not even their specialty! I can’t recommend them enough!
