The girls working there could not have been less interested in their jobs. Didn't give the slightest acknowledgement not only when we walked in but also while we browsed before feeling so unwelcome that we felt the need to leave. I hope they enjoyed their doordash that they were chomping away on. Date: Sunday 12/3/23 around 3pm

I was here last Friday with my friend and she was trying on clothing. The sales clerk was not very interested in helping but the merchandise is cute! It's a small store with a lot of cute clothing. My friend bought an adorable blue top and beige skirt after trying on 17 different pairs of pants and tops. The sales girl was pretty much disinterested until she had to ring up the sale.

8/29 Tuesday.. We visited Isabelle's today and after a little bit of shopping in the store we had to leave because the female employee sat and talked with the other employee from the other side. She was sitting on the front display the entire time. We left to go to the other side and that's when we realized the other girl was actually the employee from the original Isabelle's side. So no one was even in the other store. Both were talking so loud and so disrespectful. They were talking about other people and their style and were also cussing. Usually when I stop into shop in the store the teens are usually on their phones or talking to their friends but this was next level. Their chatter was so loud we had to leave. Not sure that either of them even noticed. Please Isabelle's owner do a better job on hiring . I love your store and have shopped here for years but this definitely doesn't make me want to return. Ordered a pink dress for my daughters birthday. The dress arrived quick but it was NOT pink, its mauve. I returned the dress to the address provided for the company for returns, and had to pay for my own return shipping of $8 dollars. The item was returned one day after it was received. The item was returned NEW in original packaging, with tags, never worn, never tried on. I then reordered the dress in the blue color, because their return policy states no exchanges, and to return the item, and place a new order. I ordered the dress in blue and paid again. Waiting on my return confirmation, I now find out it is a STORE CREDIT, PLUS a $10.76 adjustment for damaged item?! First The items is NOT damaged, and I want to see proof of the damage, which they won't provide. Second, I would have waited to reorder the dress in blue had I known I would only get a store credit. The company sucks, return policy sucks, customer service is dismissive, and now Im stuck with a credit, and a $59.80 dress now cost me twice as much! So ridiculous. The dress also looks like it should have cost $25 dollars, and now Ive paid triple the amount.

This would've been a way higher review if it didn't feel like this was a brandy Melville on steroids. 12 girls all talking and you seem to be bothering them when you're the customer. They energy was strange because everyone was talking the whole time and you had to go around the girls shopping themselves. Weird. Gorgeous clothes, pretty girls but not good employees.You feel unwelcomed sorry. (There was one nice blonde who was super helpful on the left side today.)

Beware if you are buying online. Our package did not arrive. The company says they are not responsible. The Post Office maintains that the item was delivered. It is up to us to "check with our neighbors." This has turned into a big headache. I have never experienced this with any other clothing retailer. Not worth the trouble.

Staff is friendly and willing to help, terrible reviews online due to shipping issues that they can't control. Helped us find a great skirt for senior photos with great options. We will be shopping in store again and online.

Is it possible to give this place 0 stars? I ordered online and have had nothing but issues. They sent me stained items and the cheapest quality clothes I have ever received. Forever 21 and shein have better quality. Everything is see through and will not make it through even one wash. Additionally, their return policy is very sneaky - read closely before buying. Look to shop anywhere else!

The girl working behind the register was on her cellphone on speaker phone with a friend talking about sex and birth control and whether or not to lead on a boy. It's just childish and it makes sense if you are going to hire 15 year olds to run your store. I'm just embarrassed for them.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and this is coming from someone who has worked in the service industry in San Clemente for over three years. Girls are cute, but lack friendliness and professionalism. Went in about 40 minutes before closing and was told that I needed to hurry up because they were closing soon... After confirming the closing time was as posted online I was then begrudgingly told "never mind you have some time." Decided to go next door (where they have a second store) and wasn't able to open the door fully before the girl told me they were closing right now. Was given a substantial amount of money on a gift card to this place, but now I don't even want to spend it there. Highly encourage the owner to change staff, or train the employees to care (or at least pretend to care) about making a sale. Hoping I'll have a better experience next time... won't hold my breath.

All the girls who work here are so rude. I've been in several times and they have rolled their eyes at me when I ask for help finding a size or to try something on. They stand behind the register and talk to each other and act inconvenienced when you need help. Also, none of the girls working wore masks. Clearly the employees and owner don't care about the safety of their customers. Will not be supporting Isabelle's Cabinet ever again. Super disappointing.
