Today, I went in for my yearly physical bloodwork. From the front desk to Moses, everything went easy, breezy, such a pleasant experience. I also appreciated how quickly Moses was able to locate my small vein at first try. Over the years, so many had to try a few times before finally drawing blood. Thank you, Moses!

Memorial Care in San Clemente switched over from Quest to Lab Corp- a big mistake. Long wait at Lab Corp and grossly under staffed. poor service also.

I came in 10 min. early and was immediately greeted and checked in by the lady at the desk. Within 5 minutes I was inside getting the blood draw and out of the office 10 min. after my appt. time ! Only 4 people in the waiting room and going forward it is Appt. Only. Super happy with this office ! Always very capable technicians.

I've been regularly using this office for about 5 years. Since I'm on blood thinners, I typically use them at least monthly. This office is consistently better at what they do than ANY other lab I've ever used. I rarely need to wait long (unless they're super busy). I get in and out and my doctor has the results the next day. They're good...

Just left Labcorp after waiting for an hour. Went to ask the receptionist how much longer it was going to be and he indicated an hour more. Don't you think that would've been useful information for the patient to know upfront?!!! Why would anyone want to spend two hours at LabCorp?!! Other agitated patients left too so that should tell you something! I see patients coming out, but I hardly see patients going in!! They are SO slow and inefficient!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Honestly the main downside is the wait, which really isn't their fault due to the amount of walk-ins they receive. It looks like a stressful job to organize so many people at the same time and I can see they're trying their best with what they got. Once you're done waiting, it's quick and easy (depending on what you're getting done).

This place was great. I got right in and Nathan the man with the needle was wonderful. Not sure why it has such few stars… I was impressed. I thought this was going to take forever since I didn’t have an appointment, and that wasn’t the case.

I had a great experience today with Mason. He made my visit not only fast n easy . But completely pain free. I had no idea he even started drawing.(in a great way) I'm so used to having that initial pinch when starting or a little pull when switching vials and nothing . It was like nothing had happen . Quick easy and checked in during to make sure I felt comfortable and everything was ok ...deff my go to person if he is working . Thank you again Mason for this amazing experience I appreciate it greatly.

I'm actually surprised at some of the reviews here. Because I'm on blood thinners I have to get blood drawn once or twice a month. Every time I've been there they're amazing. Everyone was friendly and even as a walk-in I get in and out quickly (depending on how busy they are). But the important part is how good they are. I have had horrible experiences getting my blood drawn as my veins are deep. I've had phlebotomists struggle to draw my blood and have left huge bruises and bumps. But at the San Clemente every phlebotomist I've encountered got in, hit the vein, drew the blood as painlessly as possible, and didn't leave a mark. So from my experience, they're amazing.

They took me in right away and were very nice and professional. The people at Quest are very rude and it's very packed with people. I prefer going to Labcorp from now on.

Too slow, not enough workers. Way too long to wait, even after checking yourself in electronically, still takes forever....

My experience far exceeded expectations. I had read poor reviews on Google, so expectations were low. I was a walk-in client since there were no appointments available online for the next few weeks. I am happy that I was able to get in. Using the website in advance of the visit was cumbersome. It would be nice if Labcorp offered a better way to filter appointment options instead of having to search each individual site. That was very frustrating. So, choosing a location was a shot in the dark. I got to the San Clemente facility right at opening. Check in took such a long time because only two stations were operative. It was difficult for people to read the check in screens because of the sun's glare. Pretty much everyone trying to check in was older. Labcorp should realize that their check in system needs to accommodate older eyes! However, once I was checked in, the wait was not too long. The front desk person was nice, as was my technician.
