Great shop. Friendly staff. Clean dressing rooms. Good selection of clothing for women. The shelves were stocked nicely and organized. Plenty of inventory. The store was clean and organized. Good prices. Good quality clothing.

Shout out to Elaine and Tracy. They were so friendly and helpful. They helped me put together new fall outfits. They were very knowledgeable about the clothing and how the sizing works. I love that the pants come in a curvy style for those of us aren't built straight up and down! I live in San Clemente and this is my go-to store.

This store was fun to shop in. While it is an outlet store, and I am not familiar with the regular Loft store, the pricing did not feel like outlet pricing. It was higher than I expected. The staff was very nice, and the AC was cranking which was AMAZING on an upper 90's day.My mom and I both got matching sweaters, still something we do in our 40's and 70's because its fun!It was her birthday and she had a rewards account but because her birthday wasnt on it, she didnt get the birthday reward which was a bummer, but they got her account back up to date for the future.Super clean store and a great experience!

Wow this San Clemente location is far better stocked for style variety, colors, and selection than stores in midwest US. Bought several items here likely wouldn't find elsewhere.
