I am a repair professional who frequents home improvement stores regularly across south OC, I'm at one almost every single day and I have to say... this Lowe's has the absolute worst customer service by far of all the home improvement stores I've gone to, even the other Lowe's stores. Lowe's in general at every one of their stores has sub par, unfriendly customer service but this one really takes the cake.... Consistently. I've had the misfortune of going here before my visit today a handful of times in the past because there's no Home Depot anywhere nearby and Ace doesn't carry the same stock. And just like today, every single time the employees have bad attitudes, they are unfriendly and worst of all most are poorly trained and bad at their jobs. From the paint desk to the managers, if I could give negative stars I would. And I get to pay noticeably higher prices than other stores for the same materials and tools. But I guess that's expected due to the location. I hope the GM sees this review and is as appalled by it as I am by the time I leave this awful store. But I doubt there will be any improvement because I've complained in person to a manager and was treated rudely and dismissively by them too. I've also witnessed employees being rude to other customers too and judging by the terrible rating here on Yelp it's not just a fluke, it seems to be a systemic problem that won't get fixed until this store closes and Home Depot moves in. For shame....

Appliance purchase and return somehow mix up causing a result in credit being dinged after having priding myself in having 840 credit score. Each person you talk to have a different synerial why l was sent to a collection agency over a bill that had a zero balance.. paid in full then somehow balance reappears and interest up to several hundred dollars. It's will take 45 or more days to look into. And the employees continually thank veterans for their service. What a joke .

I was recommended to them for Pella window installation. The man who came to measure wrote the order correctly. I waited two months for the windows to be made. They called me to deliver the windows over two weeks before the installers were coming! I straightened that out and they delivered two days beforehand. The installers came and the foreman immediately got on the phone for over half an hour! Then he tells me they sent the wrong trim so none of the windows could be completed, nor could my slider windows/door even be started. This was on a Friday. He told me they would have the trim on Monday and finish. Long story short I have now had the wrong trim ordered 3 times! I have called the installers, the store (no one would take or return my call!) and the contractors who are in charge of the job. Nobody could give me an answer or an email or phone number to follow up. I have already paid thousands of dollars for custom windows and my house is torn up. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend Lowe's

Lowe's, San Clemente is my nearest home improvement shop on Thursdays Feb. 22nd I stop in for some plumbing parts to repair a sink. I was walking up and down the isles when a service attendant named Scott asked if I needed any assistance, perfect timing I said yes and after a minute or so I had the parts in hand ! Mr. Scott and I had a short conversation about home improvement and his knowledge was able to provide me with 5 Star Service ! Lowe's you should be very proud of Mr. Scott as he represented your Company Outstanding.

The cashier's you have are beyond useless. It took me over 30 minutes to check out and was asked to get into multiple lines. Robots would have been 10x better. And I hate interacting with robots.

I’m a regular here and they always have everything I need. Customer service is great. They are the best place I found to match paint. (not always perfect but like I said the best place I found) They have a great selection and quality of lumber is good. There nursery has everything you need and the plants are all in good condition. Prices are fair enough for me and they give 1% back if you join the free pro account.I recommend It over Home Depot!

This Lowe’s is horrible. Lowe’s is generally horrible compared to competitors but this Lowe’s is nearly unshoppable.I’ve done pick up orders and have either waited an inordinate amount of time, they got the order incorrect, or they forgot something. Usually this comes with no apology, or consideration. They are terrible at stocking the proper items, isles are disorganized, and generally have a poor selection. If you are looking for a quick common item, sure go here and have a mediocre experience.Also, if you try to use a number online the call rings to oblivion and there is no answer. I’m not sure if this is corporate, the store, or both. I also wrote corporate and got a half apology.Unfortunately they are close for me, but I’ll be taking every opportunity to shop elsewhere.

went to get some plastic chain cut. After waiting for an associate in any department to help I went to Pro desk. They looked at each other and said that's Josh. After waiting another 10 minutes for anybody to show up I left.Nobody in Hardware,Millworks,Flooring or lumber.Does anybody work any more?
