Clearly posted 50% off. Yet none of the 3 rows of stems with sign are actually part of the sale. And no way of knowing until you're trying to check out, and if you're not paying attention to prices, you'd never know. So why is the sale sign here? Good question. The girl working the register had no explanation, no apology. We call that false advertising. I happily left all my items unpurchased at the register and left.

Frames came out great but I was never notified they were ready. I had to call in several days later after the predicted time to ask if they were ready and turns out they had received the frames earlier than the expected time frame. I never even got an email they were ready either. Regardless the employees were great, I think their systems should be updated to make their lives easier.

Horrible service. I have been waiting a month for a framed picture and every time I call there is a new excuse as to why it’s not ready. Go anywhere but here

Impossible to return anything that is ordered on line. Quality terrible. I shipped to my home out of town. It was a nightmare. I ended my purchasing relationship ....be careful.

She is friendly, patient, passionate about all things creative and artistic, and has the best advice when I asked her for help on which items to buy. Just went to this Michaels to get a frame and went to the framing section and met sydney who was an amazing employee. She was so kind and helpful.

Had a terrible experience with Eric the manager today. I found a basket in the basket aisle for a gift basket. Spent an hour finding everything to go perfectly in it. At check out Eric comes over, rips it out of my hands saying it's display only. I asked to purchase it at any price (used cheap basket) only because I had spent so much time already on it. He refused walking away while talking to be and not even apologizing for something clearly their error. Honestly I'm the first to understand a mistake however the clear lack of customer service here was shocking. Eric should probably be in a "non customer facing" side of the business.

San Clemente, Ca. I needed model glue. I was hoping for the type that welds the plastic and the small tube I got did that, although much slower than the smelly stuff I used as a kid. After searching the glue department with no success I went looking for help. I finally found a clerk near the back of the store and asked if they had model glue. She says "Yes, it's right here". I have no idea what department I was now in but it seemed odd to not have it over on the glue isle. I paid for the glue and left. It was a satisfactory product.

The store could use a remodel, but they are always very well stocked and you can find great deals. Online order and pick up was a breeze, plenty of parking and cashiers available. They have everything for your crafting needs and home decorating.

The 5 stars are for ANA and only Ana. She saved me. I went to this place the day before and could find NO help on that floor. I have never stenciled before and needed help. I saw one employee and he blew me off when I asked for help with stencils. As he flew by, he just said "over there"...... I walked out. Needed the stuff today so I returned. Still, NOT a soul to help you. Then I spotted Ana. She was a saint. So nice, so helpful and so knowledgeable. Thie manager of this place should be removed and replaced with Ana!

I have ordered online twice this month. The first order arrived with no problems. I then placed another order and although the items were in stock, I received 3 emails telling me the order was delayed. Since I was not going to be in the location for delivery I called to cancel my order. I tried online and had 92 people waiting in front of me. I then tried to call customer service and waited 25 minutes & the call was disconnected. I tried again and waited 30 minutes for Kenneth to take my call. I explained I had to cancel the order since I would not be in the area for delivery. He said too late the order has been processed. If the order is delayed & not shipped why could it not be canceled? I asked to speak to a supervisor and Kenneth just hung up the phone. Very poor customer service.

No school = no handmade Mother's Day gifts coming home from school = Dad desperately trying to help the kids put together a gift for Mom and Grandma. Even though the store was closed to the public (Covid-19) I called and a very friendly lady helped me over the phone identify the items needed to bring my kids art vision to life. She told me how to place the order online and walked me through the curdside pickup process which was fast and easy! Thanks, Michael's!

We had such a great experience with customer service at this Michaels. All three of the staff that helped us were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Brooke, Hunter, and George were the staff members who helped us. I asked for their names solely because I wanted to write a review for them because they left that good of an impression on us. It's hard to find people who work in customer service that have good attitudes anymore, so I was very appreciative of their help and their kindness! Also, the store is very clean and organized.

I use this Michaels (Pico) for a long time and I liked a lot even it's a small store... I went to this store with my friends to buy kids birthday gifts about two months ago. I could't find one thing and a lady just walked by (her name is Catherine) So, I asked her .. I do not know what happened to her, she had a big atitude and she told me "oh, its gone already! " My friends and I looked each other and I said "Is the manager here today?" and she said " I am a STORE Manager!!!" and she left!! Since then, we do not want to go back there again if she is still there. By the way, I found it by myself.
