You wont find a better personal trainer than Med!Professional, extremely knowledgable and cares deeply for her clients.Whether you want to loose weight, get tone or gain muscle she is the best at getting you to reach your goals and stay there.I have wasted so much money with gyms and group training over the years.I am so grateful to have found her.Besides the amazing training, her gym is a very unique beach town gym :). Med is THE BEST!!! I’m the strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been in my entire life thanks to this woman. She customizes every single workout based on my goals and needs, has incredible energy and patience while training, and even shared recommendations for nutrition and home workouts!Thanks to Med, I’ve lost 30+ pounds, kept the weight off, and have completely toned my body. Plus lower back pain GONE, more energy throughout the day, and a deeper love and respect for my body. HIGHLY recommend working with Med, she’s an incredible trainer AND human being ????❤️

I have been working out with Med for almost 2 years now. I love that her gym is outside in the fresh air. My goals are to get stronger and improve my balance as I get older. Med is patient but pushes me to always try and do better. She always has a work around for an exercise I may not be able to do at first. I’m definitely stronger and my balance is better! I always feel better when I leave my session.

I train with this little beast 2 days a week. Each time I get stronger and stronger. Her side yard has all the training equipment you’ll ever need to get fit. She is very knowledgable about fitness. If you’re training for something specific, she’ll get you ready. She helped me win an Ironman and I couldn’t have done it without her help. I’m so grateful for the work we’ve done together. She’s amazing!!
