No appointment, they took me right away because no one else with an appointment was there when I arrived. But there were three in the waiting room when I left. Best to get an appointment when possible.

I booked the first available morning appt and chose the Talega location because I work 2 signals up from this location. My appt was at 8:30, I was in my parking spot at work by 8:45. I could not ask for better service. Everyone was professional, place was clean, I got in right away with my appt. Overall a pleasant experience

This is a very small facility, with only 2 staff working. They were both courteous, efficient, and friendly, even when dealing with temperamental patients.

I had an exceptional experience at this quest location. The phlebotomy skills of both women were truly impressive, and they are very professional and highly skilled. The facility is clean, one of the best blood draw experiences I think I've had. I highly recommend this place. I was in and out. Only waited five minutes with an appointment.

Tracy was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly both times I visited. She had a busy office and she was kind and patient with everyone I saw her interact with.

I would give it a zero star if I could. I have never been to a Quest that treats customers so rudely . I had an appointment at 2:40 in the afternoon, but arrived at 7:30 and thought I would try to get in early or at least be a stand by . There was nobody there when I arrived and nobody at the front desk. Nobody was ever at the front desk when I left at 8:30. My name is up on the board as if I was there with an appointment I could never get to see a live person to tell them I was there in person after I checked in. A person arrived after I was sitting there at least 10 minutes I looked over their shoulder and saw them check in as a walk in, and they got called back right away. When that person exited, I got the ladies attention and explained my situation and she said oh you need to cancel your appointment then. I said, could you please cancel it for me as I cannot login on my phone so I can get called in as a walk-in. She was not helpful, or at least courteous. Other people were then coming in with 10 minute appointment, spans and needing help with the signing machine. They went to the front desk. Nobody was there. They were complaining amongst themselves. Another gentleman came in and realize he was at the wrong location and the long-haired blonde lady was rude to him as well. When she came out to talk to the man that was at the wrong location, I explained to her again that I have been sitting there and nobody was there when I got there, and that a walk-in went in front of me and then she tried to argue with me that everybody had an appointment and they had taken no walkins in at all. All she said, is I put a note by your name that you are here. So I asked her what exactly that meant. And she said I don't know what to tell you to do ....... We are taking all appointments first and now you are a walk-in. So my advice to anyone if you have an appointment because it's the only one you can book late in the day and you go early without appointment and then try to check in as a walk-in when nobody is there... Don't do it you will never get in at least at that location in San Clemente on hermosa . I have been to quite a few quests and have always seen very polite people that actually are sitting at a desk smiling very helpful and inviting and trying to make having your blood drawn a nice, peaceful, easy, relaxing experience . A lot of people in my neighborhood were happy that there's a nice quaint quest by our house, but so many people complain of their rudeness and lack of regard by the employees. I ended up leaving canceled the appointment when I got home and scheduled one of Crown Valley in mission viejo in the medical building, where they have amazing staff and service, and are very gentle in drawing blood.

Went in for a blood draw and ended up with the worse hematoma/bruise on my arm. I have the best veins for blood draws and have NEVER had this happen before. The Phlebotomist was abrupt and never said a word to me. Put a piece of gauze and a piece of tape over it and when I got to my car the tape came off and there was a lot of blood everywhere. By the end of the night it was pretty bad and only got worse. A week later it is still black and blue. Emailed patient advocacy team so hoping they discussed it with the girl who took my blood and gave her a little more training.

I had an appointment on 12/1/2022 at 10:20am. I was there at 10:10am to be sure everything was in order, however, the office was closed due to short staff. I was not notified, as a result I lost time from work with no results. Tried to email them with my frustration and was denied. I hope I can find another testing company that has better customer concern!

I just saw Dana M.'s review and I will ditto the opening line! Several of us waited outside to have the doors open at 12:30 pm today, so said their sign. They almost did but that was the last time "on time" meant anything. My appointment was at 12:40, as was another in the waiting line.She checked in. I tried but the machine would not take my CDL. But a voice on the screen did say, "Please sit down. You are patient #109 and wait until you are called." So I did. In the meantime, a young man checked in and he was listed as 2nd on the waiting board. It's now 1:00. The first woman's name was called. I jumped up and told a plebotomist that I was 2nd but my name/number 109 was not on the waiting screen. "Just a minute," she said and we'll look into it". I never saw her again. Another plebotomist called the young man. "Just a minute," I said. "I'm second and I have an appointment,", and she said "You're not Adam." I said, "I'm next and my name/number is not even on the screen." "You're not Adam," she said again. "Come on, Adam," and off they went, completely dismissing me. A couple of minutes later, I saw my name come up and my time was 14 minutes later than my scheduled appt.When back in the cubicle, asked my plebotomist why the lab was running late and she said "I'm not sure. I just got here." Could they have been understaffed? Why couldn't someone come out and say "we are running a little behind. Thanks for your patience," or put it on the screen.When she finished with me, I asked her for tape on my vein because a bandaid over the gauze usually doesn't stop the bleeding. She glared at me and sighed; I asked if I'd said something wrong and she didn't even answer. Her non-verbals indicated she clearly couldn't be bothered.Not one apology came from anyone. "We're sorry for your inconvenience", should have been lovely to hear. But good customer service is just not in their wheelhouse. And I feel they don't care at all.Lab Corp, here I come.

Both of my blood draws in the last 5 months have been excellent. No bruising. I appreciate the convenient ground floor location of this business as well. Office staff is nice.
