Im very disappointed with this facility. I took my 5 year old daughter for blood work and urinalysis yesterday, she had to be fasting. Her appointment was at 10:40 since it was the only one I found, we got there a few mins before 8am thinking they were gonna takes us since we had an appointment.We almost waited it an hour, the oldest lady working there took 2 walking before us, they didn’t even waited 10 mins . I ask why don’t they supposed to take appointments first that’s what they advertise every single minute in the tv they have. That lady responded I’m sorry your appointment is at 10:40am even telling her that my daughter needed to be fasting and cannot wait that long they didn’t care. Another person there made a complaint of same lady how rude and mean she is. I had to leave since it was an hour waiting and also my daughter want it to use the restroom. I just don’t understand how inconsiderate they are with a kid that hasn’t had anything in her stomach. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. Will never go back. You need to have people that are happy of what they are doing and have better management.

Awful experience. The phlebotomist was so RUDE. She was clearly in a bad mood, VERY dry, throwing the collection tubes into the basket as she read which labs needed to be drawn up. She also made a face at me once I told her which arm I wanted the blood drawn from while I was rolling up my sleev. She STABBED me with the needle and I am currently still bruised AND sore. This was 3 days ago. Unfortunately my friend who had an appointment 10 minutes ahead of mine had the SAME RUDE experience from his phlebotomist. We are BOTH bruised and in shock that those two women are treating patients like that. Someone in the waiting room said "ya they are pretty rude here". Will NEVER give them my business again. Needs a better staff.

Had a reservation. Was take inside within 3 minutes. A literally painless blood draw and out the door in about 6minutes total.

My phlebotomist was pathetic. I let her know I was on blood thinners and she proceeded to puncture my vein and created a bruise that is about 1-1/2”x1-1/2” due to her incompetence. I highly suggest looking up who performed my bloodwork and firing her. I wish I had gotten her name. I knew it was a problem as soon as she stabbed me as I could feel the puncture. Pathetic!

I been going to this lab for long times tell them I have deep veins not easy and ask l need experience one yet they are pock me many Times before get some body els why they don’t listen to person and leave they eco behind and get some body with more experience. Always I come home with lots of burrs and an anxiety.

Jennifer drew my bloodwork - super gentle (especially since I hate needles) and was very personable. Walked in without an appointment and I was in and out in about 10 min. Highly recommended!

i am a hard pick, it took 3 different techs to finally get my vein. I understand it is my vein i am responsible for drinking lots of water before going which i do, and it doesn't seem to work.

I must say, my experience at Quest Diagnostics was both thrilling and disconcerting. I barely had time to catch up on my email before my name was called, almost as if they were reading my mind! But let me tell you, Ashley was a whirlwind of efficiency. She managed to be professional, polite, and engaging all at once, typing away like she was on a mission to break a world record for words per minute. Before I knew it, she'd found my vein with the precision of a seasoned treasure hunter and before I could even contemplate the meaning of life, the whole blood-taking extravaganza was over! And here's the kicker - not only did she make sure I didn't faint, but we also managed to squeeze in a discussion about potential new neighborhoods and the intricacies of family dynamics. Who knew a blood draw could be so enlightening? So, if you ever find yourself in need of a bloodletting session (or just a good chat), do yourself a favor and ask for Ashley at the San Clemente Quest Diagnostics. She's a gem among phlebotomists, and if I ever have the chance to schedule directly with her again, you can bet I'll be there faster than you can say "hemoglobin."
