I'm always very grateful for this pharmacy and the pharmacist Bryan. Bern coming here for years. He knows the kids now. Always very speedy and friendly.

Has anyone else been having their meds back ordered the past few months? One of mine has been for like 3 weeks now? What the heck is going on?

This has become my favorite Pharmacy due to the friendly, helpful and prompt service. I would like to say a special “thank you” to Daniel Perez. He’s helpful and always goes the extra mile.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a pharmacy. It's actually difficult to believe Tran" has a job working with people. The pharmacy changed its estimated date for filling a "rush/priority" prescription order, and when this was printed out Tran flat out lied about it. That's hard enough to deal with when a family member is sick and needs the medication. Even worse, Tran had a dismissive and rude attitude about it. New to Tallega area, we'd been told Ralphs Tallega doesn't have the best of reputations generally, but even with those warnings we were surprised.

Needed a small supply of extra syringes. Refused service and treated like a drug addict. She could have been courteous and pretended that a prescription was required or informed me that she didn't have any 28 Gauge in stock. (Maybe she didn't even have it? She could have checked first). She chose instead to go the other route. So I just had a spare supply overnighted. Better just to save a few bucks by mailing and, as a bonus, you get to avoid people like this. If you insist on using local then I'd advise going somewhere else.

I would recommend going to the Albertsons nearby... This Ralph's has rotting produce, old smelling fish, and lack of fresh packaged food options. And to top that, carts are left all over the parking lot and in front of the store and the trash by the entrance is always overflowing, yuck! Update: it's gotten so much better now. Their produce is a way better quality and they've gotten a large variety of fresh foods to choose from. The cart issue and trash is gone as well. I enjoy coming here now because the customer service is so great and all of the workers are so nice. I would recommend you don't go to Albertsons, this Ralph's is pretty good now!

Viewing the lower comments, My wife and I experienced the exact opposite yesterday 9/22. After years of shopping at Albertson's we had a great experience at Ralph's in Talega. The people were very helpful in the produce area (except you have been out of lemons the past 2 visits), but the service in the deli area made such a great impression that it left us walking out of the store saying "we will be back here". The person working the deli area knew his products very well and offered up a few samples to help us decide on just the right meats. From there, the lady that was at the checkout was friendly and polite and even stood out in front of her register and waved us in as we approached her area. When an experience is really good, you find the time to send a note of a job well done

The meat selection is rather poor (small pork loins and just a few selections of beef cuts) and the produce is generally and consistently lacking flavor. However, the staff is MUCH friendlier than the Albertsons. So I shop Albertsons for meat and produce and suck it up at the register.

Worst shopping experience ever after shopping for close to an hour we had to wait in line with 5 other people also with full carts since there was only 1 register open. Once I got to the counter the lady was very rude and did not even greet us. When our beer came up she asked for all of our IDs even my friends wife who is only 20 and pregnant and cant even drink. So after trying to explain that all the guys were 21 she refused to sell us the beer. Needless to say we left both carts at the register and went to Albertsons and bought the same list totaling over $200 and the clerk there only carded the two buying the beer. We all use to do all our shopping at this Ralphs but will never shop here again.

They have coconut milk! If you can't find a meat, the friendly butcher boy has the secret stash of ground chicken in the cooler.

Brian is absolutely the best pharmacist you will find. Old-fashioned, helpful, friendly service. Goes out of his way to keep you informed when there is a problem with your prescription and even calls other pharmacies when they are out of a prescribed drug. My physician also thinks he's the best. Wish there were more people like him! The other pharmacist, however, is average, so I can't give a 5-star rating for that reason.
