The other day I was simply grabbing my tomatoes, when I hear this loud, nagging lady from across the store yelling at their poor employees about something. I walked over to see who was yelling, and it was their manager Lisa. This is not a nice way to treat teenage employees and I am disappointed in how this Ralph's is managed. I will not support this, and I will be going to Albertsons going forward.

The employees here are great, no complaints there. Their management on the other hand is awful. They consistently close between 11:30-12 but keep their hours posted as open until 1. If you need groceries late night go to the Ralph's on Estrella or El Camino, don't waste your time here.

I love the variety at this store. More the size of a Pavallions than a Ralphs but it's beautiful and always has what we're after.

They have a hood variety of items. The deli and meat services are really bad. You wait and wait and when they finally ask if you need anything, they are not nice at all. Stater Bros has a much friendlier service and lower prices.

WHAT A CREW!!!! Dylan and team went through immense efforts to help me find my wallet I lost in the store. They were so willing to help and eager to provide elite customer service. I feel so thankful that we still have customer facing workers that care to put forth the effort they did. I can't thank them enough and good on Ralph's in SC for hiring great people!!! Thank you team, you made my Christmas!!!

Love this store. Clean with great selection and less expensive than the fancy grocery down the hill.

this is a nice store if you can avoid Lisa, their shift manager. Never have i encountered a more bitter person in customer service. She was on her cell phone when i needed her assistance at self checkout. She made a comment to whomever she was speaking with of, "another dumbass needs help" and hung up. Her bitterness continued until i finally grew tired of her talking down to me. i asked her if she was always this bitchy. Apparently so. She left me without helping and then tore down the high school employees in front of customers. I pass an Albertsons and new Pavillions to shop at this Ralphs in Talega. No longer will that happen as long as Lisa is at that store

Ralphs Mark-Downs are now gone as we knew them. Kroger, who dominates every aspect of Ralphs Fresh Faire is to blame and wants YOUR money out of your pocket, and into theirs! Used to be that the mark-downs were an incentive to sell near-expired foods at an affordable price to those who otherwise could not afford it. It was a thoughtful, and generous gesture that has now been murdered in cold blood! Kroger CEO Rodney McMullen can be blamed for this in the name of greed. I guess T-Times are getting more expensive for the "ROD" and like any honest political hack, passes it on to YOU! Time to Boycott Kroger boys and girls. This is how it will work, and it all depends on how angry this makes you. First, it's KROGER, not Ralphs who needs the asswhooping. Yeah, everything has shot up 100% in some cases, but the buck stops right here right now. You must willfully avoid all mark-downs with than stupid WOO-HOO sticker and let it "DIE ON THE VINE". Send a message to Rodney that this "Dog and pony show" is now over. If you get soft on this, it fails. If it catches on, in can be as big as the death of Bud Light. I'm just the messenger here, it's up to you to get the ball rolling, like Rodney's head will. Doesn't cost a dime either to do this. A few keystrokes from all of you! Right before Thanksgiving too! Lets Turn "WOO-HOO" into "BOO-HOO"!

This Store is nice and clean. Usually very well stocked. I like shopping at this location. However, there is a very RUDE employee named Lisa. She is Loud and highly annoying. She treats customers as if they are bothering her. I feel that she does NOT belong in this nice and classy store. My suggestion is to move her to another location. I avoid getting in her lane every time. She is not an asset.

Hey checker Ben "I like guns" badge and AR shirt: How rude/lazy can you be? Watch me bag my own groceries? And have me scan BOB? While you examine your cuticles all while being a total ass? All those people in the loooonnnnggg line getting supplies ahead of the storm are counting on you to do your job at least halfway. We have a lot of choices where to shop. I'll be doing that

Terrible manager, terrible workers and terrible store. I was accosted by an angry DHL employee who retreated into the store. I called the manager to report this and she did nothing but deflect and defend him whilst adamantly saying he doesn't work there and that I'd have to call DHL. This incident happened at her store and she was nothing but aggressive, unhelpful, rude and obstructive. To boot the entire store is dirty. Most of the items are never restocked and after this incident we probably won't be back. Please fire the female manager I spoke to.

Ralph's in Talega is my family 'go-to' store for our daily grocery needs because of the friendly staff and clean environment.Today, my experience was different as it was very uncomfortable seeing this disheveled lady manager (?) Rosie O'Donnell look-alike, talking rudely and disrespectful to other customers in front of me and other customers at the counter. She was even yelling at other nice, young store associates - they all looked terrified (poor kids). I decided to leave the store immediately before I can have any interaction with this "manager" (?) as I felt disgusted with that zero-personality woman with no knowledge of good and friendly customer service at all.I really don't mind driving to the nearby Gelson's Market along La Pata to have a pleasant shopping experience I used to get at Ralph's store.Just a piece of advice, RE-TRAIN this person aka. Manager well, if you want to keep her in your store or you may start losing valued customers in the neighborhood. Hide her away from customers if possible. I don't know why is she working in very nice San Clemente? What has happened to the other friendly, smiling staff at this place? Please keep up with your standards.
