The apartments look amazing inside and out, giving a safe vibe that appeals to families and single people. Many residents find it an amazing complex and their favorite in San Clemente, noting the staff is so kind and maintenance requests are handled the same day. However, some have reported negative experiences with management, describing the property manager as rude and snippy. There are also concerns about neglectful handling of issues, such as painting over reported water damage instead of properly repairing it. Prospective residents are advised to check everything thoroughly and ask questions.

Have been touring quite a few places, and this has definitely been one of the better experiences. The communication from the property manager was amazing, and it helped make the process of finding a place here much more enjoyable!
