Had a great time tasting some good wine, visiting with the staff, and just enjoying the overall experience in this fantastic wine store and tasting room. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to San Clemente!

I walked inside this place excited to buy a bottle. Despite being the ONLY person in this empty wine store on a Saturday, the 2 employees present glanced at me and then ignored me when I approached them to ask questions. They finished their small talk and only then did they address me. It was obvious they did not want my business as they were so dismissive when I asked about their wine. I had a strong sense that if I was Caucasian, they would have treated me better. Very disappointing.

I’ve walked by SCWC a few times and I’m always peeking in as if I’m walking by some secret club that I don’t know about. I finally sat down and enjoyed a charcuterie board and wine flight with my mom. It was so much fun! The owners/employees make it clear that they care about their patrons. Always checking in and having a friendly face. I will definitely be back when I’m in the mood for a relaxed evening with some delicious vino!!

Love San Clemente winery!!! There is no better deal In town, $45 for their wine club which gives you 2 tastings & 2 bottles of wine. It's the best deal in town and such sweet and knowledgeable staff

We had such an amazing time at this cute little wine bar/shop! The owners Jayme and Jerome are so kind and welcoming. We had the pleasure of sitting at the bar and chatting with them all night. They served us delicious wines and gave great pours. We left with some great wine and cannot wait to come back. They also have a few beers on tap and great selection of beer bottles if wine isn't your thing. Definitely pop in here for a wine tasting, a beer, cheese board, or to grab a nice bottle for yourself or gift!

Great service and some good European selection of wine on the store side. The TRUFFLE POPCORN had fresh pecorino cheese grated on top! I recommend it's great for chit chatting and snacking.The wine was decent and I highly recommend the flight to get to sample any of the wines on the menu as the portions were a great size!

It's always a treat to visit this affordable, friendly wine bar. The local vibe is strong in this quaint Del Mar hangout. I've never had a bad experience here as the employees are all knowledgeable and helpful. Tonight my expectations were exceeded when Rachael gave us concierge style service. We gave her carte blanche with our cheese and charcuterie platter, and we were not disappointed as this is clearly her happy zone. She has a great memory for our specific wine palates and served us perfect matches. If you are a local, go there now! If you are visiting from out of town, this is a must if you want a "locals only" vibe. Do a flight, buy a bottle, and DEFINITELY let Rachael make your cheese platter!

dark little wine room, perfect for some wine tasting (flight). great wine options. delicious samplers and great advice. free wifi for the multi-tasker. we ended grabbing a great bottle to-go... def recommend if you're in the wine tasting mood or to relax with a great glass.
