Literally never have my prescription on time, even when I have my doctor put it in early with the fill date- the staff is polite, but come on.

Typical lazy, unmotivated waste. Got a text at 9am indicating "final text" to pick up my eye drops. I work everyday except for Sunday. Rushed over there before they closed. They told me that they already re-stocked the eye drops and were going to close in 5 minutes. I offered to pay using GoodRx instead of insurance. They said again that they close in 5 minutes. I'm no rocket scientist, but I guarantee that I can process a medication in less than 1 minute. Waste of time.

I needed to transfer my prescriptions due to a change in insurance and I chose Savon on Pico. They have been very timely with my refills and they are much more affordable than my last pharmacy. I’m grateful for their service.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever picked up my prescriptions from, they called me telling me my order was ready through an automatic voice. Then I called back to make sure all three of my prescriptions are ready and she said the other two weren’t going to be ready until the following day and that she would make sure that they were already and they would give me a call the next day by 11 AM which they did give me another automatic call at 11 o’clock the next day. I wasn’t able to make it in for two days, and when I went today to go pick them up they did not have them ready. It is a waste of gas to keep having to come back-and-forth for prescriptions and this is not the first occasion. The last month was even worse they called me telling me all my prescriptions are ready but only one of them was And the other two would take 3 to 4 days to come in. And when I came after they called me, it still took another 30 minutes for them to fill it. Even though I got a call saying they were ready. Very unorganized. I don’t care how nice the customer service ladies are, nobody likes when you waste our time misleading about prescriptions being ready.
