We were just starting our search and had gone to 2 other mattress retailers. We walked in Sit 'n Sleep with no intention of making a purchase. However, working with Joe the salesman changed everything. He was knowledgeable and low pressure. The selection was vast and we found the perfect bed. Made the purchase and delivery is tomorrow. A great overall experience.

The delivery the was scheduled for 1030 to 130 but, it arrived at 7:30. The guys that actually brought it, brought it in a pick up truck. I guess they got our mattresses off of the big truck and got to our house ASAP …five stars for their effort, the mattresses are just fine. Also, you delivered my mom‘s mattress on Saturday, yesterday, and that was a perfect delivery. They adjusted it.
And fixed it just the way she wanted it and it was terrific. I am very thankful for that.

Wandered in during a date shortly before closing time. We clearly were not serious about buying a mattress, but as people that sleep on them, we had many questions about the products and Joe answered with an authority not typical of sales staff in 2025. If and when I need a mattress, I sleep better knowing Joe is there to help in the process.

We just purchased our mattress at the San Clemente location and Michael Lucero was so helpful. The amount of knowledge he about all the mattresses was extremely impressive. I will definitely come back to Michael when we are ready to buy again.

Needing a new mattress, what better place to shop than Sit and Sleep's Memorial Day Sale? I had a brand and model in mind. Michael showed me that one and a few alternatives, and helped me choose the best depth box spring for my existing bed frame. He wrote up my purchase at a good price, and I was on my way. The next morning two friendly fellows were at my door with my mattress and box spring, which they set up, and took away all the packaging and my old mattress. No complaints.
