I have a few things to say for each of the baristas Landis always makes my drink perfect! No matter what I ask for, he does his best to make it rightKyan is such a funny guy, he makes me laugh when we talkChanelle is serious about her job and makes sure her workers and customers are having a great timeEllie is a quiet but quick girl that also gets my drink right, she might be quiet but she still has things under control and makes sure my time is it's great!

Expect to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru for this place. In and out can make you a burger faster than this place can make you a coffee. They won't even be that busy and take forever to take your order at the speaker. No apologies for the wait either. This has happened every time I go to this one. Don't go here unless you have time to wait.

Their operations are broken. Ordered a sandwich and a drink on mobile order. The drink was ready but they forgot the sandwich and then proceeded to make 10 other hot items while I stood there waiting a long time. The girl running the food to the customers said she’d check on my order and didn’t come back to me while I stood there. They either need more people working there, more skilled employees or a new manager.

I went to drive through and ordered my drink, it was given to me with 3inches of white mocha syrup on the bottom, not even mixed with the blonde espresso.I spent over $8 for this?!? Don't waste your time going to this store if you want a good drink!

OKAY! Not technically a corporate Starbucks but ALICIA AND HER TEAM Are the other incredible! I swear they give these workers happy air before they come into work - it is a GLARING DIFFERENCE than a typical Starbucks employee- & I have no idea why but I LOVE IT! I started coming to Albertsons for my Starbucks coffee because of how much happier and pleasant the baristas are and I highly recommend you see for yourself! Get some shopping done too, it's a great morning ritual - killing 2 birds with one stone :)

Old white haired, bearded stout man, said he could not make my modified strawberry açaí refresher. He said the problem was that it absolutely COULD NOT be blended. Like BY THE BIBLE OF STARBUCKS. It was insane, I am a minority not sure if that's why but I told him I got it here yesterday and he said HE CANNOT, THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO. I've been getting my modified strawberry açaí refresher since they came out with it and I wasn't too sure what the problem was.

I went here a few weeks ago and had the best Caramel Frappuccino I’ve ever had. It was so good, I kept coming back to this specific location even though it’s not my closest Starbucks. There’s a barista here that is the Michael Jordan of Baristas. His name is Nico, and he needs a raise. I will be coming back here often.

Best service ever. The baristas always recognize me by name and they always make my drink perfectly. They are also willing to make any specialty drinks that you request. 10 out of 10 would go here again.

I am DISGUSTED by my experience there. The barista was coughing non stop while preparing my drink. He did in fact have a mask but it only covered the lower part of his mouth. Even one of the supervisors or managers walked by and told him to put on his mask better but the barista did NOT listen. I do not believe this is Albertson’s fault but at least they could be paying more attention to their workers. I had also seen the same barista work there before and he was still not wearing his mask properly so this definitely wasn’t a one time mishap. PLEASE do something about this worker. I didn’t catch his name but he had gray hair and was a bit chubby. This happened at 5:45 pm on thursday june 18th 2020

I agree. This is the worst Starbucks ever. The guy just talks and talks and talks. It took him more than 15 minutes to get me what I want. And there was no one there.

Ordered Uber eats. Worst Starbucks I've ever experienced. They gave me a LABELED vegetarian sandwich that they switched with the chicken one. I'm glad I looked at it before I ate it... next time Starbucks can get sued from me for giving me meat and labeling it as the veg sandwich I got. Absolutely ridiculous. As if they aren't the slowest Starbucks ever, I don't get why they can't take the time to look at what they're doing. Also, my refresher tasted the farthest thing from refreshing. WAY too sweet, absolutely tasted like cough syrup. There goes $20 to the worst Uber eats order ever. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

Slow, 15 minutes to get a cold brew when not very crowded? All they do is pour it out of a tap, no preparation. Don't sit on the comfortable looking leather chairs, big dog sitting there drooling

Nicholas, the manager/barista, was very nice, polite, and knows how to do his job. Excellent customer service!
