Julie the owner now for a couple of years is one of the most kindest and helpful people ever! She is always ready to help with any questions you have and she has an uncanny ability to remember you after one meeting! Anything to do with posting this is the place to go! And she has a lot of fun items to buy from jewellery to candles and anything in between! Previous reviews are not about her but she is a 10 star ⭐️ and I’m picky about customer service!!!

I went to this store yesterday to buy stamps. One of the worst customer service I have ever had. The saleswoman could not be bothered- acted as if she wished I had not gone in store. She was on her cell phone the entire time, and kept apologizing to the person she was on the phone with, ignoring me the customer. There were cute items in the store I wanted to buy, but I sensed she wanted me to leave so I did not buy anything and left.

Julie at the Post Stop is the "BEST"! Her charming personality, warm engaging smile and thoughtfulness in helping her customers is fantastic. She goes well beyond in her customer service and you feel the old school personal touch. Her shipping knowledge and professionalism is very impressive. You can also purchase beautiful and unique gifts for yourself and loved ones. I always enjoy going into her shop for my postal, shipping, notary and gift needs. Love this place !!!

The sign on the door and the Internet says they are open at 9 AM. Came by at 9:00AM. Nobody there. AVOID THIS PLACE. UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Best post stop ever! Julie is the kindest and nicest human. She will help with ANYTHING you need and I mean anything no matter how big or heavy. She has that small gown, mom and pop, hallmark movie type of vibe and experience. Highly recommend!

Literally charged me $25 for a BOX. It wasn't even a product at their store, it was a box they used to get shipment in. If anything it should've been free. A BOX FOR 25 US DOLLARS. BFFR.

Post Stop is a wonderful neighborhood-style service. Owner, Julie, makes faxing and shipping a fun experience. I came in last minute today to send a fax, and despite the demand inside by other customers before closing, Julie took care of me. Customers feel valued, well-cared for in confidence. A business that takes care of today's customer needs and takes time and heart to know customers personally is commendable, and by the way, much appreciated these days! I also love the fact that merchandise includes lovely cards and gifts for a one-stop-shop effect! Julie is kind, professional, and a great business woman!

This place has totally turned around since Julie purchased the place. It's clean, organized and always a very friendly smile! I stop by there several times a week and it is always a joy. Julie is so helpful, always doing what she can to make sure things arrive on time as well as the best price.

I got in right as she unlocked the door and saw the really cute vibe, I thought I was in the wrong place ? I was just shipping my mom's birthday present, I didn't expect to want to buy her some locally made almond toffee ? really cute spot. Literally the opposite experience from your everyday lifeless post office visit. I'll be returning for all my shipping needs!
