Today I witnessed extremely honest customer service while in the waiting room. A older woman came in asking for four new tires. The service technician came back in with one of her tires showing her and telling her that all of her tires were in terrific, almost new condition. She did not need any new tires! She was rather shocked and together we were completely delighted by the rather unusual gift of that level of integrity and honesty. I will be a customer for life!”
