The staff were friendly and attentive. They kept me informed throughout the process with frequent update calls. The quality of work was excellent and my car is running smoothly once again. “It was easy to purchase my tires online and make an appointment to get them installed quite quickly. The staff was very friendly, and the online purchase allowed me to get tires that they didn't have in stock delivered directly to the store. They practice covid safety measures, and kept my car clean on the inside. All in all, I was very happy with the service. They also have a tire inflation center in the parking lot, that does nitrogen inflation.Edit: losing a star. I made an appointment for tire rotation. I arrived almost 20 minutes early, but waited in line for almost 30 minutes. Almost 45 minutes past my appointment time and my car still hasn't been touched.”

“I was a bit afraid to go here based on some of the reviews, but TBH, I found the entire experience flawless, friendly and professional - mainly the gentleman behind the counter and Bryan (low voice)! I think to insure this you need to have an appointment - which I feel most people do not know and just show up and wait. The appointment can easily be done online. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I even had my choice of which oil I wanted - which is never heard of! You cannot beat this price either, especially for full synthetic!!!! WILL DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN. Unfortunately they do not change transmission fluid.”
