**Long Overdue — Highly Recommend Frank’s Collision Center (San Clemente)**

Christmas always reminds me of a stressful situation from a few years back, when my FJ Cruiser was sideswiped in a hotel parking lot at the very start of a long road trip—on Christmas Eve Eve, no less. The other driver essentially got away, and my insurance could only cover repairs up to my uninsured motorist limit, which honestly didn’t feel like much.

For months, I put off the repair entirely. It was my only vehicle, I needed it for work and errands, and after past bad experiences with mechanics and body shops, the whole process gave me a lot of anxiety. Eventually, I started calling around locally and ended up speaking with Jeremy at Frank’s Collision Center on Avenida de la Estrella. After that conversation, my decision was easy.

Jeremy was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was the biggest difference—he was always easy to get ahold of, answered every question clearly, and made sure the repairs were done exactly as I requested. Every time I stopped by the shop, he and his team were pleasant, professional, and genuinely easy to be around.

The repairs were completed fairly quickly, much of it while I was away on vacation, and most importantly, Jeremy was able to get everything done within the limits of my insurance coverage. That alone was a huge relief.

After years of avoiding body shops due to bad past experiences, Jeremy and his team completely changed that for me. They helped me get over the anxiety and made the entire process feel manageable and transparent. If you communicate what you want or need, Jeremy will absolutely work hard to make it happen.

“Yesterday I got my car towed through Preferred Towing through AAA. Eric was the one that did the tow. He did an excellent job, he was very nice, he gave me a ride to the mechanic shop. The whole trip, excellent conversation and very respectful! He also drives very consciously! I was comfortable the entire trip with his speed, and when in traffic he drove carefully as well. I highly recommend him. In addition, he loaded up the car promptly and professionally, he unloaded it very carefully as well. Altogether an awesome experience for what started out as a horrible day for me. Eric really made my day better! I highly recommend this tow company just because of my experience with Eric!”

“On June 17, 2024, I unfortunately drove our rented camper van into a V-ditch at the entrance to the Nichols Institute in San Juan Capistrano. It's a pretty isolated area but luckily the guards were able to help us get S&K Towing to come out. Their contracted towing company had initially come out, but the driver had given up after some attempts at lifting the van out of the ditch: He was fearful that the van would end up tipping onto its down-slope side. In addition, other towing companies in the area declined the job once they heard about the situation. S&K Towing agreed to send a driver to check out the situation. Although we had to wait until 9 p.m. before S&K's driver, Frank, was able to come out, it was well worth the wait. Frank clearly had the expertise, perseverance, AND patience to work with a very difficult , not to mention dangerous, situation. Both my husband and I were really in awe of his skill in maneuvering, using all the flatbed tow truck's various options, the camper van out of the V-ditch. He finally got the camper van onto solid level ground a little over two hours later. S&K Towing is fortunate, as were we, to have someone as skilled and conscientious as Frank!”
