“I had such a great experience with Frank’s Auto Collision! Everyone was amazing, from the front desk staff to the estimators, the repair team, and even Jeremy himself. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and provided amazing customer service. I really appreciated how well I was treated throughout the entire process and how great my car looked when it was finished. I would recommend Frank’s Auto Collision to any friend or family member. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back to them!”

“Alex and Ryan were incredible and helped me immensely when my car was damaged. Alex went back and picked up personal items to drop off to me so I wouldn’t have to track them down. Great service!”

“Outstanding service and great vehicle knowledge. I used them to tow my classic cars to a car show and not only were they incredibly friendly but they did an outstanding job and very meticulous. Mario helped me out with his flatbed and gave top notch service. 100% recommend them. Thanks so much.”

“Yesterday I got my car towed through Preferred Towing through AAA. Eric was the one that did the tow. He did an excellent job, he was very nice, he gave me a ride to the mechanic shop. The whole trip, excellent conversation and very respectful! He also drives very consciously! I was comfortable the entire trip with his speed, and when in traffic he drove carefully as well. I highly recommend him. In addition, he loaded up the car promptly and professionally, he unloaded it very carefully as well. Altogether an awesome experience for what started out as a horrible day for me. Eric really made my day better! I highly recommend this tow company just because of my experience with Eric!”

“Kathy and Jake are fantastic! I never expected such good customer service from a Tow company. I hope I don't need another tow anytime soon, but if I do, I'm absolutely calling S & K!”
