Needed to return a package, came an hour before the store closed and it was already locked up. Store hours still said open both online and on the window of the store. Was unable to return the package due to the return window expiring.

Had this UPS store package and ship my Apple computer, it arrived to the buyer with a shattered screen (picture included). Store would not take ownership and blamed UPS shipping. They repeated that they packaged it according to regulation. Maybe change your regulation if your packages are getting busted.

I think we can all agree that UPS is a great shipping and printing alternative for many other places in a more smaller environment where people may want something done quickly and are short on time.
In my city, we have quite a few shipping locations for packages (like the 12x12x12 I sent out today). For me, this location is very close to where I live and typically has 3-4 employees working on prime shipping days. The process is quick, there's no b.s., and the employees are honest. The reason I chose this location today is because I wanted a dependable way to ship internationally - from San Clemente, California to Ontario, Canada. The package hasn't shipped yet (since I just dropped it off) but I have full confidence in this store and UPS's capable fleet of workers.
In terms of specifically this store, the layout is simple and the upkeep is very clean. Everything clearly marked and zoned-out into sections where customers won't run into much confusion. Great work. In the past, I have used this store for many things other than international shipments such as small batch printing and short-hand office supplies - mainly because I used to work in the plaza.
The only recommendation I give to customers is just be aware that the parking lot can be a hassle due to many other businesses needing the space, so be careful when navigating the parking lot in your vehicle and on foot. This is not something this UPS location can fix - this is just something I hope people considering when using the OCP at any time.

I received a call from my UPS store Manager (Jeremy) stating my package was delivered the next day, July 23, 2024. I had made a mistake...I was tracking an Amazon Return package I brought in to UPS at the same time.

Had to get a public notary document signed and the guy helping me was acting like I was a nuisance and I’m doing him a favor by paying 15 dollars to get a document signed!! Then charge a dollar for a basic envelope when those are a dime a dozen! The staff feel like since they are a franchise and UPS being as big as they are, that customer service doesn’t mean squat and the money just rolls in. How about say “thank you for your business, have a nice day”. Simple things like that? But I guess common decency doesn’t exist at big corporations! if someone from this location is responding to this review don’t bother, I know you don’t care about my patronage to this business or anybody’s else’s, I don’t need a two faced disingenuous response. Save yourself the headache.

I travel quite a bit and use shipping and mailboxes businesses all over the world. I have the majority of my mail sent here when I'm not in California and I have nothing but praise for both the efficiency of the business and the employees. I'm not sure where some of the comments are coming from in these reviews, but I have always had very positive interactions with ALL the employees and have been doing business here for many years. In additions, all of my packages are handled quickly and efficiently, both outgoing and incoming.In my opinion, this is the best UPS store in town (I've tried the other two) and if you have any shipping needs or incoming mail needs, I don't know why you wouldn't start here. Quick, easy, friendly, a very efficient operation IMHO.
