I visited this UPS office to take a 2x2 photo for a USCIS application. Initially, the staff was unfamiliar with the required dimensions and unsure if they could provide this service. I waited over 10 minutes for a manager to assist. When they finally took my photo, it was blurry and did not have a white background, failing to meet the necessary criteria. Despite pointing this out, they refused to acknowledge the issue. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they completely ignored my concerns. I was still charged for the service, even though the photo did not meet the required standards. I do not recommend this location for any services. (They are so rude)

James here is SO kind and helpful. He’s helped me tremendously with amazon returns and massive sized items. He is innovative, helpful, thoughtful and has a great sense of humor. I come here from riverside county because the young men who work here (led by James) are always so quick, thorough and pleasant. Seriously they’re the quickest moving ups store I’ve witnessed.

The owner has always been helpful and helped. Most younger have been very unhelpful. More interested in cell phones and the internet. I am sure they could have helped me. Even customers tried to help. The comments on my way out were “see ya” by two of them. This is not normal for your store. 😔

they close earlier than 6:30. i went to send off an envelope for my job with a prepaid label all they had to do was scan it. i was staring at a locked door, caged inside, lights out at 6:20. after i rushed there after work to get it sent out in time.

This UPS store # 4465 at 1001 Avenida Pico # C, San Clemente, CA 92673 has a homemade sign saying that they don’t take Amazon returns after 5PM. They are open till 6:30PM. At least three employees were sitting in the back doing absolutely nothing. Maybe they should just close the store at 5 PM. Customers don’t waist your time and gas going here.

I’m not one to leave a bad review only after one bad experience, but I always leave this UPS location with a bad taste. Honestly, every time I have come here I don’t have a pleasant experience. I only come to this store for Amazon returns and maybe that’s why the customer service is not that great. I feel like an inconvenience coming into their store and requesting a service. Maybe they’re better with the packing and shipping services.
Also, be aware that they don’t take returns after 5pm.

Always efficient service. James considers packing and shipping as an art form. As an artist, I ship paintings all over the country, and have never had a mishap. UPS employees in that store are always knowledgeable, friendly, and task-oriented. If you want your package to get there, try this excellent store!
