I don't know what the hell these other negative reviews are talking about. I have had wonderful customer service here every single time I've gone in and even since the first time I've gone in. Max and Ethan are awesome and always friendly. I've never had any issues of them over charging or giving any attitude any employee in there.

Very convenient with parking right in front or on the side street; rarely crowded, I often walk right up to the desk. Helpful, friendly and efficient staff; couldn't ask for more.

The old reviews are outdated, as of 2023 the staff is very helpful and nice. I really appreciated my visit and the phone call I made to the store before driving over.The prices however are outrageous. They charged me 18.50 to print and laminate 2 pages of paper, color but not like full page photos or anything. This seems a bit steep- probably some “set up” fee they charge for the printer, I’ve seen that at UPS stores before

Terrible customer service by this UPS Store!!! We had a box here for many years, paying them a ton of money during that time. This year we discontinued the box but they charged us something like a $120 bucks when we closed out the box in the middle of the month. So what do they do this time: Since we no longer have a box there, they are charging us $10 before handing over to us a delivery that was mistakenly sent to them. We were not aware The UPS Store had that policy in place. I would have thought that since we were such good customers for so many years that it would not have been an issue for them to receive a package for a good former customer. I will never again do business with them in the future and would tell potential customers about my poor experiences with The UPS Store so they could be guided accordingly.

Would give negative stars if I could !!!!!Went to drop off my At&t equipment. Old guy with long grey hair was beyond Rude!!!Customer service is a oxymoron for this place!!!!!

i have been to their location multiple times , unfortunately the last time was my last! I brought in two items to be returned to amazon... amazon never received- so i called them and they said they were still showing as return requested and not as being sent! So they couldn't help me - i went to the UpS store - the sales girl tried to help me until a sales guy involved himself telling me i need to contact amazon for all status - i tried to tell him it was never sent he basically in so many words said too bad - you need to contact amazon! so there you have it - two large returns were never processed out of their store (not sure if it was incompetence or error) either way, i'm out - no accountability and they want to blame amazon! So sad - i highly suggest just going to another location! i wouldn't risk it with this one

I've used this store for the passed 2 years and never had a problem, I had one package that was way too large to hold at the store so I got a called about it by one of the employees, then he went out and convinced the driver who was going to load it back on the truck to wait just a few mins since I was just down the road. Everytime I've gome in, I've always been helped in a quick and efficient matter and the employees usually always have a good attitude.

I love coming to this UPS. I generally get the same couple of guys working here but everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The prices aren't bad either which helps.

I was returning a few items from Amazon without labels today, but an employee informed me that I would need to purchase boxes for the return. I was not born yesterday. In conclusion, we cannot agree because he is forcing me to purchase boxes. Likewise, I saw the same situation with another customer who paid for the box. I returned to another UPS location without any problems. BE CAREFULL If you return a package without a label from Amazon, you are not required to pay for the box and label.

I was looking for options to ship larger items cross country. I called and talked to Christian and he was incredibly helpful. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He gave suggestions on how to save money. He asked questions to make sure he understood what I was hoping to accomplish. He had a very welcoming tone and made me feel like he was interested in helping me instead of me being an inconvenience. It was one of the best service interactions I've had over the phone in awhile, which was especially appreciated during this stressful time of figuring out shipping. Thank you, Christian!

Shipped a UPS Express Envelope here from northern California. Storekeep charged me $10 for accepting the envelope. This charge was not disclosed when I arranged the shipment on the UPS.com website, which is FRAUD. Not disclosing all fees for a service up front is not legal. The additional charge made the shipment go from $40 to $50. Had I know this when arranging the shipment, I would have used Fed-Ex (who does not charge you to ship to their Fed-Ex stores). UPS owes me $10. The undeveloped nation customer service reps were a waste of time and powerless to do anything. Pointless.
